I have been shopping at the Nanuet store since moving to Rockland County in 2004. I have always found the store to be well stocked and I typically leave with all of which I need for my various projects. My most recent trip to the store on Friday, 4/17 was particularly satisfying as I had a number of particular needs. Management help me locate building materials, paint associates helped me color match my deck stain and I was assisted in both loading my lumber cart and unloading it into the truck I rented to bring my purchase home. I left with everything I needed including a blind nailer system for decking installation which was also in stock and easy to find.

They were Amzing At finding

Store is great , interest charges on my Home Depot card outrageous. Will be paying off my balance next month and cancelling my home depot card. Cheaper to use my regular CC 1/5 the interest you charge.

This store location could you better employees who go all the way to help customer. This location also should lower their prices on all of the products they sell. Keep store and products also a bit cleaner instead of so much dust on products.

Denise was Awesome

I found everything I went for. Denise at customer service is exceptional. she is always friendly and mannerly.

Most employees are helpful. But, Denise at the service desk is extremely professional the way she tries to assist. Great job to her!

My all stars goes to the customer service employee Kayla. I finally got my issue resolved today by employee Kayla. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. She spent time with us calling to other Home Depot locations until the issue was resolved. I’m truly grateful for her patience and great customer service skills. I wish Home Depot has more employees like her. She definitely, knew what she was doing to find a solution to a problem. She even called us back to confirm details on upcoming delivery which i really appreciate. thank you!

My experience with Denise at Returns was awesome. She provided great service.

One of the best location to shop.

I have never had a shopping experience as I had at the Nanuet Home Depot store. An employee, Daisha at the Customer Service desk, was like none other. First and most importantly was her heart. She looked at me and treated me as a valued person. Everything Daisha did and said showed her care, concern, involvement, compassion, and expertise. Her goal was to help me find the right mailbox that was comparable to the one that got damaged. It was never about making a sale, but about helping me leave with the perfect mailbox, which I did. The gentleman in the mailbox section was so kind and helpful, and then brought me over to the nail section and found the appropriate nails for me and at a price I could afford. The other employees I met at the Customer Service desk were friendly and helpful. Also, the store was laid out well, clean, and well organized.

Associate Victor from tile & flooring in the Union NJ Superstore was extremely helpful.inbtracking down product that I needed. He help to find product that his store was low on hand. He called other location and found Nanuet store had the product and asked them hold materials needed sk we can complete our project. He was very professional and friendly with tons of knowledge. He is a asset to his store! .....and to Home Depot overall.

This Store Location Could Do Better By Having Stock Of All The Products. Carry Extension Cords In Variety Of Lengths That Are In Black and The Gauge 14/3 and 12/3. Trying to find help in this location is also a hassle because you never find employees on the floor. Carry More Daylight LED Bulbs in different variety too and lower prices and higher lumens.

The store was clean, the associates at the cashier desk were very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was clean and all products were easy to find. I am definitely coming back to this store.=)
