Without going into details about customer service: this incorrect order stems from overworked, understaffed employees in central warehouse, in store loading dock, and at store customer service desks. Five stars for an employee with high work ethic, which is why the review is overall two stars, not one. Treat employees better, and maybe you can be fully staffed again someday, which will result in better Product Reviews.

The Home Depot team at this store is extremely supportive and professional. JAvier, Courtney, and Jon are top notch! Thanks all for helping me work through all my questions and concerns so I can get what I needed and get on with my project!

Customer service is the best

For the first time in about 30 years I've discovered a big-box store where all the employees universally shine. Who is the manager there? He/She deserves a big thanks.

This store used to be a bit flakey, like the neighborhood, but they have tightened up the inventory and have knowledgeable folks (at least as far as where things are) patrolling the aisles.

I walked in looking for and ready to buy a home security system, including cameras, Wi-Fi operated front door, lock, etc. I met Josh at the customer service pro desk. He was immediately willing and eager to help me. He was very knowledgeable about the product and took the time and patience to explain features, benefits and options. I ended up purchasing about $2500 worth of equipment and I feel confident I made a good decision and bought good equipment. I received concierge level of customer service. It was a unique experience.

I come to this store because customer service is good and there is a good selection of items.

I was in Home Depot yesterday and was greeted by Asa. Later when I needed help with lighting for my indoor swimming pool, Asa went above and beyond what any Home Depot Representative ever did. He advised me on my choices to make sure they would perform well in a high moisture environment, made sure I had bulbs that were not included and more. The store itself was well stocked with good selection but it was Asa who really enabled the success of the project I was shopping for. Ask for Asa if you want quality assistance.
