This store is normally very quick and easy to find everything. However the communication with on-line purchase return and the store help was very slow.

Cold night. Snow on the ground. And the most helpful knowledgeable staff. Seclenda and Chris were top notch. Had a lot to get done for a weekend renovation job and they made it so much easier. Thank you Home Depot and a special thank you to Chris and Seclenda for making a cold snowy night so much easier.

this Home Depot seems to go way above the ordaniary to make sure we leave on a happy note and make sure our needs are met at this store. even calling around if need be to make sure the product were wanting if unavalable is able to be brought to this store or even shipped to our home... they even took the time to help up with the Home Depot App and assisting us on how to order and have it ready when we arrive at the store... WOW thats the best service ever. OK this is like a playground/candy store for DIYers.... thanks for the help

Store personnel are available, friendly, helpful. Store is well stocked and clean. It's easy to get to, quick in and out.

All the employees I encountered were most helpful, the store was nice and clean, and I was able to find everything I needed quickly which is something since it is such a large store.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We got good advice and pros and cons of various products we considered before purchasing a bundled tool special. We will be referring our friends to this store!

I would recommend for customers to go to Ivan the store clerk if you need help with anything. He helped us out with buying tools and we left really happy from the store. He knows what hes doing and knows the stuff around the store.

We experienced great service at the paint desk and even greater service from the store manager, Tim. He listens, he understands and handles a problem with ease. Can't say enough about Tim and the excellent service he provided.

store is always grossly understaffed. Staff that are there have no idea about most questions they are asked.CASHIER JUVELE acted like I was a real inconvenience when I went through her line. Even tilted her head and sighed when I asked about extended warranties I could buy to protect the products I was purchasing and then couldn't even explain the coverage that I was buying. Pretty pathetic customer service say the least.

I always GO without worry and happy because I found perfect support.

I do hope Home Depot figures out whatever it is they need to do to provide adequate customer service. More than a few times I call the store which results in being left on hold for ridiculous periods of time. Other times there is simply no one in the departments to help. Is it really that difficult to find people to fill these positions?

All of the employees were able to either a, point me in the direction I requested, or b, point me to an employee who did! They were all very helpful and quickly able to get me the products I requested, while suggesting others that may have also matched my home improvement needs! Also, probably the best impulse buy selection at the self-checkout! Woo-ee!

I have been a customer for more than 20 years and always get my money's worth on Good materials. I can bring back unused material for refund or credit without a hassle.

I am usually working on several projects at a time, so I go to Home Depot quite regularly. I have visited several of the Home Depot locations in Portland, but find myself going to this location more often because of the level of service. Everyone in this store is more than friendly. They are helpful not only with pointing me in the right direction for products I may be in search of, but they are always willing to brainstorm when I'm trying to solve a problem without a straightforward solution. And if the particular person I'm talking with doesn't know, they always find fellow employees who do. I will always go to this particular store.

This is my go to Home Depot. Always have what I need. The employees give this place heart and soul!

Store was clean and easily set up. Isles were pretty much clear and accessible.

I was greeted when I came in and directed to the product I needed. I was also helped by another clerk later and given more production information. At the self-service checkout the clerk was friendly and helpful. My visit was fast and easy.

completely overwhelmed with huge order we had put together from online sources and the clerk took over my order, tracked it all down and got it all ordered coming into the store for us to pick up - he was amazing - GO TIM!!!

It's actually nice to be referred by one associate to another associate with the most experience in your area of need. It avoids wasted time and confusion. My interest was in an appliance I wanted to match to an appliance I already own. I found the appliance was on sale to boot so that was totally awesome!

Great help, store was generally clean but aisles were more cluttered than usual w/ displays, which made navigation a challenge. I understand why they do that... but fewer of them would notch the frustration of trying to get down the aisle down a bit. Still -- all in all, a fine experience.

I have been so disgusted with Home Depot in the recent past that I have been driving farther to go to their competitor. I had a gift card for them this time, so I broke down and went to the Glen Widing store which is near me. I was shocked at the changes. Not only were there numerous employees on the floor to as questions and assist, they actually had to regular check stands open. The last few times I had been to this, or any other Home Depot, only the self check lanes were open. I hate those lanes and have voiced that several times. This store is officially back on my "available" list, at least until they go back to their cheap ways. Until then, I am good with them.

The price listed on a large sign & what was rung up was different!

Easy to find help and figure out what I really needed for my project. Use of items that I bought were explained. (home drainage project by a 59 yo woman who had no idea what to buy). Everything worked just as explained.
