Shopped on Christmas Eve and shelves were well stocked, and employees friendly and very helpful but not intrusive. Has become my favorite HD store and worth driving a little extra to shop there.

Need windows and doors? You MUST go see Sue! She is TOPS!! Amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and went way above and beyond the norm of today's retail environment. Will return to purchase from her again! Would have been nice to be able to purchase the water heaters in advance of waiting for them to arrive. But otherwise, a great experience thru and thru!

This Home Depot location has been one of the best construction supply stores I have visited. The people who work here are helpful and know the products and their functions here. I have had great assistance, advice, and experiences here.

I go out of my way to go to this store because of how amazing the electrical department supervisor is. His name is Travis and he will fix any electrical problem you have!

This Home Depot is really well organized and has a nice layout. We had a good experience with the cashier in the lumber department which made shopping a lot easier.

Only 1 out of 7 employees tried to help out. Others acted bothered when being asked to help.

Typical store pretty well stocked, easier to get to than Jantzen due to traffic. Generally they have adequate help which seems to be a problem all over today. I must say they are dong much better than Lowes.

Store #4004 is killing' it! We visited this location twice in 2 days, garden dep't & paint dep't. Outstanding, helpful customer service in every area of the store we've been in. This location feels like a different store than any other Home Depot we've shopped- not the 'Big Box' experience we usually have (in the Hayden Island location). We'll be going to the Glen Widing location from now on. Thanks, everyone!

I made a mistake and placed recently purchased items on the roof of my car. They fell off on the way home. I returned in a few days and explained the problem to customer service. They did not have anybody return the items from the parking lot. The manager was extremely nice and gave me replacement items at no cost. It really made my day and i cannot thank them enough.

people in store know their stuff and if you need more help they will find the right person to help.

We get assistance right away. Representative helped us to get what we are looking for. Helped us order right away and have answered to all our questions. Very satisfied people here are friendly and very helpful.
