I was having trouble removing my oil filter on my bike and had been fighting it for hours. Fortunately, my first stop was Home Depot and the store got what I needed the most. This is a great spot.

Went in on a Saturday morning for a skid of mulch...from the time I paid until I was loaded up was about ten minutes or so.....AWESOME job to everyone involved...,forklift operator,two helpers,and the cashier that made the call for support. I took the m/t wooden skid back the next day and the guy that took the skid also took the packaging materials....above and beyond service...I've never had a bad experience at this store...everyone has always Been very pleasant to deal with... Thank you all.

Garden Center staff is friendly and excellent in their help with customers.

This store is my happy place. The plants are always beautiful and the associates are helpful when needed and left me alone when browsing. Perfect!! My go to store.

The on-duty manager was more helpful than most other corporate entities with which I have done business for the first time in a long time. I understand corporate policies are in place for businesses protection, especially since society has shifted from respect for others to personal gain with no regard for others (it is many in the general public who have created the need for these restricitve policies...not the business itself).

Had a great experience buying major kitchen appliances at this store. Recommend it highly!

Store manager and customer service worker at the service desk were very kind and helpful after an extraordinarily upsetting experience during checkout. If you get in line to check out and find that "Shirley" is your cashier GO TO ANOTHER CASHIER. She is loud, rude and has zero customer service ability. Before I got to her, I heard her recommending another store to a customer where they could get "less expensive" flower pots. ????? The store is well-stocked and nice but I will not return after my experience with Shirley. BEWARE.

This store not only has a great inventory but has a traffic, knowledgeable and courteous staff . I highly recommend this store to anyone who has a specific project in mind.

This Home Depot has very helpful dedicated employees. What a refreshing change .☺️

Great service but we couldn’t find were brackets for the fence

The shelves were empty of product and no one in the store feels like getting anything down. The only help you will get is from the vendors who don't even work for the company. Rude cashiers to busy on their cell phones to be check out customers. No customer service, no respect, and not wearing masks. The only reason this store is busy is because of low prices and thats it.

Bri was awesome and friendly. Orange flag girl and forklift guy were also very friendly. Both went out of there way to prioritize my shopping. When you had a long day and have to get that last minute item encountering staff with positivity makes your trip not feel like a chore.

After shopping at several Home Depot’s today, BEL AIR and Edgewood Maryland, I called the Shewsbury store, to see if they had a product I was looking for. I spoke to Cora about purchasing a Husky 46” 9 Drawer Tool Box. I drove to the store and was waited on by Cora. Excellent customer service- she was extremely helpful and friendly . I will be making the Shrewsbury Home Depot my first stop in the future . Kudos to the young man who helped me load the tool box in my truck. Nice kid! Anastasia, the cashier, was also very friendly and helpful. Happy Customer.

We were in search for a ne fridge and were met by an associate that was upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable and that, made our experience right at the start, a unique one. Due to COVID the product we were looking for was not in stock(we knew this was probably going to happen due to the circumstances) but our associate(i hate that i do not remember her name) made it possible to have our needs met and we left the store happy.

Awesome customer service! Two times in the last month I've come for 80-lb bags of cement mix and really heavy wooden beams for a backyard fence. Both times a worker named Dustin Taylor OFFERED to help load my cart, AND he loaded ALL CEMENT into my truck! I am a weaker woman. It really helped me, him being incredibly kind and generous with his time. As I was leaving, he also offered and helped an older couple load their car and a man load more bags of concrete! A+. Other workers there have always been cheerful and helpful as well.

Always a good shopping experience at this store. All year round availability of products. Associates are very helpful

Finally getting back to hiring employees that are older and much more experienced in the jobs that home ownership requires.Was able to find a salesperson without having to run around the entire store. Electrical items needed were not in stock but employee substituted with plumbing parts and everything has worked out. Store seems to be crowded with isles now being taken up with mass displays.
