customer service employees were great. They help to arrange a curbside pick up and loaded my car as well.

The customer service at this store is excellent. I drove in from brooklyn because they were the only store that had what I needed in stock. And it was a great experience. (So good that I wrote a review and I never do that.)

This store is very nice with good people working there. I was having some problem with my shower system. I do not have any experience I went in there. I meet with someone from the plumber department. I told him what my problem was about my shower system and he gave me a solution just by telling me what to do. I was very happy. Thanks Home Depot

I have shopped at this particular location for several years. It is amazing that a store in the city of Newark functions at such a professional level. Sometimes a store's reputation is followed by the city's, but this store breaks all the rules for cleanliness and great service. I found all my necessary items and received assistance from a young woman who made keys for me and told me where to find screws and nails. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

the customer care at this location is sometimes questionable. During my telephone attempts to resolve matters or speek to someone really sucks. (that's when customer service is at its worse)

Newark Store is the place to go! After checking my 2 local Home Depot stores and I called the Newark Store. They had exactly what I wanted. The customer service, both on the phone and in person, was delightful. The store was clean and well organized. They located my item with no trouble and check out was quick and easy. All the staff member I interacted with were cheerful and helpful and wearing masks! After watching this store being built when I was teaching in Newark, it was a delight to go back and see how well it is doing. I will continue to shop at the Newark store.

It was my first time in the Newark store. Each sales associate was willing to helped and would take me to the aisle where the item was. They were all pleasant and professional. I will go back to shop again even through i do not live in Newark

WORST experience yet in a HD! Employees is this store are LAZY, UNSAFE, Unfriendly, need several hours training/retraining in Customer Service. One associate even pushed a metal staircase ladder behind me trapping me between the ladder & shelves. She than started TALKING to Two other colleagues! When I turned around & looked at all Three of them to move the ladder, they ignored me. I had to RAISE MY VOICE to get them to react. Management at this store needs to CHANGE! Unprofessionalism & disregard for SAFETY are OSHA concerns for CUSTOMERS & Corporate. Accident waiting to happen in this store!
