Recently switched my loyalty to big box stores to Home Depot. The Newark store has become my home store even though it is thirty minutes away. Service and associates make it worth the trip.

Great place to shop for all your home improvement needs. The employees at this store are fantastic They are so helpful to someone like me who needs help navigating the store and asks questions and seeks advice. You will never go wrong shopping in this store!

I love this store better than any depot around me. They always have what I need. The staff is respectful and very helpful.

Bought a 6 ft. fiberglass ladder. It was FILTHY. Spent an hour cleaning it when I got home.

Simply put, this is a awesome store and they did what they do the best, have what I want and a great price.

Went to the store today to buy kitchen cabinets. I had looked in other stores and did my pricing while at the other store. When I went to this store to purchase because they had everything in stock. What I found was though, their prices were higher then the other Home Depot stores I was in, for the same items. They refused to price match THEIR OWN STORES. Buyers beware, you may get a better deal going to another Home Depot.

Probably the biggest and most organized HD store in DE. does need more employees on the floor but is a nice store!

This Home Depot location is always clean and organized, and the employees are always helpful and friendly, that I’ve experienced.

The minute I walked into the store I was greeted by a staff member. In each department I as greeted by an employee asking me if I needed help. Lucy in appliances was very helpful and I left with a new dishwasher. There was no wait and I was in and out quickly. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way for their customers.

Helpful and friendly staff make this the BEST home improvement store in the region. Staff morale is great and they are so helpful - saves me time and money!

The staff is great Especially Eric from Electric in the Ceiling Fan area== we could not find one and he did not give up and went above and beyond to help us. Thank You for your kindness and friendly helping attitude and took his time to answer questions --and we got a great looking chandelier..

Home Depot employees are always friendly and have the knowledge to get me what I need

Bought a log splitter from this store recently. Upon inspection of the splitter once I got home, I realized that it was missing several washers and the main bolt to allow the splitter to be used in a vertical position was missing. Assembly instructions were clearly not followed, as one of the log catchers was installed upside down as well. At this point, I'm just thankful I got home without any accident on the road while towing.

we bought 3 appliances and the service was great.. I did feel that another clerk would have been helpful as there were other customers waiting for service. There was just one clerk, Shawnie, an she did a great job.

Can’t believe how wonderful this store is. The location and the accessibility is fantastic. The knowledgeable employees are wonderful and some of the personalities are memorable and enjoy being greeted by these individuals when I shop.

Ms Diane Paulino from the flooring section is fantastic. She helped me select the right carpet to my living room. We discussed all the options and she helped me find the carpet and pad that best fit my needs.

Re-stating: Manager Barbara went out of her way to be VERY helpful, as I had trouble at the check-out register. She was Expedient, Professional, Accurate and Pleasant. Home Depot needs to not only recognize her; but bestow upon her your grandest accolades and remuneration !!!!!

Workers are friendly and helpful almost always. They carry more stock than most of the other local Home Depots. Store is usually pretty clean.
