Friendly and helpful staff at this store!

Store 1610 is my home store... truthfully, even other home depots do not come up to this place. Granted, I am there a couple times a day, they all know me and greet me warmly. I have observed that they treat others that way too. Barbara is my favorite! She is always anxious to please and help me to find items.

So glad we finally have a Home Depot near us in Newark Delaware. It's my Go-To store for every thing. Joan

We always enjoy shopping there when we are in the area as we are out of state. Folks there are friendly and helpful. Store is well stocked and always clean.

Love this store. It carries most everything I need for my home and for ideas on home improvements. The employees are very helpful and customer friendly, always asking if I need help to find anything.

More than I expected from my visit.

We practically live at this place with the amount of rehab work that we do. We generally find the employees helpful, courteous and kind. Never had a negative issue. All our interactions with the employees at this location were positive, and some employees went above and beyond in certain instances. The store is well stocked and whatever they don't have there, they can locate for your at another location. Gota love the DE no sales tax.

Of all the Home Depot Sotres in the area, this is the best.

The associates at this branch are always friendly and don't seem bothered when I ask them questions about products or product location. Generally 99% of the associates greet me when I'm in close proximity and ask if they can help me find anything. I don't like to spend money, but I don't seem to mind it as much at this Home Depot location since I feel so welcome and most always find what I'm looking for.

This store is a great place to do your shopping whether for garden supplies or hardware /tools. We bought both. The folks there are great and especially cashier Ylana. She was most helpful and pleasant. She made our trip fantastic - really.

I've had a months long remodel project and dealt with several employees over that period and to a person all have been helpful and knowledgeable. special mention to cashier Morgan and Barbara as well as Tim and Bill at the pro desk

Too many of the staff are generally rude and argumentative.

I live approximately 2 miles from a Lowes store; however, I choose to drive the extra distance to this Home Depot for the sole reason that I like this store and the staff there. I am in the middle of finishing my basement and have called upon Mark at the Pro Desk multiple times to help me with some of the planning and coordination of materials; he has been invaluable in this project. I am already planning my Spring project which will be major landscaping and an outside storage shed. I will be using this specific Home Depot for that work as well.
