MY RECENT VISIT TO THE NEWBURGH STORE WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I FOUND WHAT I NEEDED AND EVERYONE WAX VERY HELPFUL.

I loved my experience at this Home Depot! All of the associates were excellent! Knowledgeable, right there to help me and very friendly. I checked the merchandise of competitors like Lowes and Sears and didn't like their selection or prices, and then came to the Newburgh location and it was great. Thank you so much for all your help!

The store is excellently arranged and the products are very easy to locate. The associates are helpful and very friendly and the guys are cute LOL

The associate was extremely helpful in assisting me to purchase my two storm doors. He explained the differences in the doors since I have two cats at home and the doors to have the mesh at the top for ventilation. .

Home Depot makes shopping for my yard and garden a one-stop experience. The selection of plant and hard-scape materials is wonderful and the staff is always ready and willing to help. The prices are fair and the sales make those even better.

The sales associate , Fred was very knowledgeable concerning the power tools I was shopping for. The store facilities are bright, clean and sales associates were in each department I had shopped in and asked if I was in need of assistance. For the most part that is the normal day in the Newburgh HD

The Newburgh store was clean and the store clerks were very helpful, Crystal was the cashier and she went out of her way to ensure that we had a great experience at the store. Love this store so much I actually applied for a job but was not selected :0(

The store was organized well. I was able to find everything I needed quickly.

Paint associate was very helpful after I told him what job I was doing. Stock was plentiful of what I came to purchase.

It was a nice shopping experience. Lots of light. Shopped mostly in the garden center and flowers and plants were well watered and all employees were very friendly.

I have shopped a several Home Depot stores in the area including this one and Fishkill and Middletown. The Newburgh store has the worst customer service. Required assistance in the lawn and garden department with help loading 20 bags of garden soil my van. The cashier requested assistance for me but no one ever came out to help. Honestly this is the second year in a row purchasing my garden soil from them without ever receiving assistance. My solution is to now shop at the Lowe's store directly across the street. Went there and purchased 30 bags of top soil and not 1 but THREE!! associates help with loading.

My home is my sanctuary and I spend a lot of time there. I am always improving my home inside and out. Love my Home Depot : )

I enjoy entering the store at 6 am and being greeted by a smile and a "good morning" from the cashier in the building dept ! She takes the time to know my name , I go in that entrance so I can have a good first thing in the morning experiance.

John c/o plumbing dept is "the Man" he is pro trades guy, I know I am retired comm.foreman . That was the easiest buying and most informative. Was going to Lowe's also for price check for best deal.But did not. I usually do not do survey review's but had to. The wife and I were amazed w/John. Thanks for the painless shopping. Went to get copies for a couple of keys and went to the area and there was an associate already waiting to help me get what I needed. Excellent!

Finding someone to help you is a joke! Most people wearing an orange vest hangs around in the front of the store yaking at each other. When I finally found someone to ask a question he was more interested in heading to the back than helping me. Break time I guess?? Getting an answer " If we have that, it might be Back there on the right" just doesn't do it.

overall, I have always had a positive experience while visiting Home Depot in Newburgh NY...

easy to find items, very organize, friendly people, love the store

Store is well organized and products are easy to find. If they don't have an item in stock they can order almost anything you need. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of and you can easily get your vehicle close to the exits to load tour purchase. I like their seasonal items as well. They also have a variety of power tools as well as hand tools. Appliances,cleaning products are available

Great experience all emplotyees were helpful... help getting paints and mixing them and cashie was great
