Bought a washer dryer there and I can't say enough about how helpful the representative Chichi was to me. Helped me avoid so many issues.

Had to do an emergency repair on a bathtub drain leaking on electrical wires next to the panel box. HD doesn't carry just the fitting for under the tub, you have to buy a $70.00 kit that doesn't have any gaskets and the drain in the kit needs an insert, which HD doesn't have. Fortunately I had an extra insert, and was able to finish the job.

Store has always been fully stocked for whatever I needed or employee has always been available for help.

The care and concern from Rich in millwork made my purchase perfect. Thanks to him, I will have the best door for my utility room.

Being from Brooklyn it is nice to walk into a store with friendly employees smiles and just being appreciated. I always leave store 1250 in a better mood than when I entered.

Sonya from garden quickly offered to retrieve the product I needed from the overhead and looked up accurate information so that she could adequately answer my questions. I appreciate her great customer service.

Today I went to the Newburgh Home Depot to purchase a large kitchen trash can . It was on the shelf above my head. I'm 75 years old so I asked a female clerk if she could call a male clerk to help me. Jean Marie smiled and promptly retrieved the large box and placed it in my cart! One question resulting in complete customer satisfaction! Way to go Jean Marie!

I had to return some items and the customer service representative was very gracious.

I've never had such a great experience with an employee. Usually I have to spend a lot of time walking around trying to find someone to help me. Today's trip was different. My husband and I were mulling over flooring options and a gentleman named Chris came up to as if we needed help and proceeded to spend the next 20 minutes educating us on the different types of flooring and even showed us demos on them. He was incredibly helpful and friendly which is a breath of fresh air compared to our numerous other trips there over the past 3 years. Thanks so much, Chris!

Tony in electrical provided answered all of my questions. He was professional and knowledgable. The absolute best!

I’m new to the Newburgh area but it is comforting to know there is a Home Depot near by to purchase products for the condo I recently purchased.

I've had a string of bad experiences at Home Depot from placing large next day orders for delivery that are completely ignored by the store because they said they didn't see a delivery date in their system to getting 5 day carpet installation where only the measurement is scheduled 5 days out. I had no idea that carpet fiasco was scheduled that way and no communication was made that the 5 days wasn't from the date of starting the purchase. In both cases I had people scheduled and work planned around these dates that resulted in very costly rescheduling. In both cases I had to go to other home improvement stores that actually were competent. I'm not letting Home Depot burn me any more.

Each time I visit the Newburgh Home Depot I encounter friendly employees and frequently Im fortunate that they are knowledgable in their area (or will grab someone who can better serve my needs. Bravo!

workers at home depot have always been impressive, but Zea (maybe mispelled) and Carlos have been even better.

Holy freaking moly! Not only was the associates helpful, all of the managers were helpful as well! I can't say thank you enough to the mangers…Diane, James, Kevin and thank you to the associate Michael for all that you have done with my 12ft Skeleton and 12 ft witch. You brought me to tears of joy for going above and beyond helping me with a miss-hap situation and made it right! I'm so grateful and appreciative for all the managers and associates that were involved that made this right!! Thank You for all the associated that helped me cashiers, customer service, and floor associates. You guys have made two 7 and 6 year olds super duper happy thank you thank you!!!!

We recently moved into a new home and have been at Home Depot in Newburgh every single day purchasing items needed to settle in. On our last visit we purchased 2 metal wire shelves. One was very heavy. My husband and I were unsuccessfully trying to load it onto a trolley . An employee came from the back of the store obviously on his way home when he stopped and helped us even though he was off the clock. This helped more than he could ever know. We didn’t get his name but hopefully he will remember this and accept our thanks.

The Customer service representative Sandra is a very rude and nasty. She need to be removed from the service area.
