They actually mix the custom paint, while Canyon country just leaves the paint unmixed when it’s time to paint, you have to rush back to the stere.

Employees were very helpful and I was able to find everything I needed for my project. Would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Early Friday morning I was shopping for a grill for Memorial Day weekend. I was quickly greeted by an associate. After he helped with my selection he escorted me to a nice fellow named Ron. He checked me out and got me on my way. Best service I ever had at Home Depot.

Bad employees very lazy, they won’t help you load your vehicle with merchandise that you purchased at the New Hall Store

Home Depot stores are wonderful to have in the area I'm doing work. The convenience of finding materials and tools near by saves me time and energy. Over the years, I've used Home Depot over other hardware stores. I like the product mix and the manufacturers they choose to do business with. This Home Depot store is conveniently located. I have a home a few miles away. Newhall Ranch Rd is one of the best roads in Santa Clarita. It moves well, there aren't too many stop lights and the traffic isn't too heavy. My house is in Castaic, so it's only one exit ramp down on the 5 freeway and a few minutes from there. The staff is good, what I expect from a Home Depot store. It isn't too busy, so checking out isn't an ordeal. I highly recommend this Home Depot store!

I was shopping for plumbing supplies and a gentleman by the name of Mr Orneales greeted me and proceeded to help me with all my questions and supplies! There may be others like him, but it's a testament to great training and selective hiring that you have such great employees 👏

The Pro desk and returns at this facility goes above and beyond my expectations. They are truly there to help and to communicate with them is easy. I've shopped many Home Depots and by far this store is my favorite. Also a shout out to the cleaning crew as well!

We went to look for a refrigerator and was helped by Antonio Cisneros. He is very knowledgable, extra patient and very helpful in helping us make a decision. We had to cancel the first one we purchased because we saw another one that will be better for our needs. He helped us cancel the first order and write up the second one and this is before closing time. He was very accommodating. He is an asset to your company, he gives your company excellent representation. We were impressed.

The salespeople and the cashiers were so nice. Hardware salesperson was very kind and helpful. Lumber was also kind and cut my lumber to my specifications. Thanks for a great and easy experience! Will be coming back in the future for my business purchases.

We've been coming to Home Depot for decades. Any time we need paint, tape, cleaning supplies, garden items or BBQ stuff, we always find ourselves at HD! The layouts are the same at each location so we can easily navigate our way through to find what we need.

So, I came in with a 26-year-old broken door handle, wondering if it could be replaced. An employee in the door department found a virtually identical part within a few minutes and it arrived--for free--the next day. Almost too good to be true, but it happened. Thanks, Home Depot!

I had filled out a credit app for my business online but it said to go to the store to finish it to verify my information. Well the employee said she couldn’t find the online app and started another one. Bad idea. She totally misspelled my company name, took down the wrong address and caused a domino affect of a mess. I didn’t get my bill because… you got it.. it was sent to the wrong address. In the meantime my nosey neighbor went to Home Depot to inquire what that was all about. I missed my payment date and when I check my account online it looked fine. Why? Turns out there are 2 accounts for my business and I was looking at the one with the balance: it wasn’t until they called me asking to make a payment did all of this come to light. In the meantime, my Pro X points were messed up due to having two accounts. The CS rep finally closed out one but to this day I still have residual effects from that major screw up. Thanks very little to the dingy person taking my information and just mangled it.

The young guy in the bathroom plumbing in Saturday about 11:30am was knowledgeable and efficient .

Help is always needed whenever you try to find something you need. On rare occasions you meet someone like Peter who answers all of your questions, gives you some options you haven't considered, and suggests the things that you need. He doesn't leave your side until you have everything you need. Also, Shaunnah, she is jewel! Like Peter, she sticks by your side until you have everything you need. What's more, she will load up your cart with items that you need, even if they are heavy (that woman is strong!). Shaunnah will then bag every small item, scan them, pushes your cart, and if that wasn't enough, she would load up your items in your car. WOW!!! (Home Depot needs to clone this woman). Anyhow, They have made my shopping experience memorable. Thank you!

I had an employee named Jenny N and she helped me out pull out empty pots that were all stuck together. Lots of help indeed, thank you Jenny!

The lady helping on returns was very friendly

This is the second time we’ve had this cashier in the garden department. Both times she was rude and refused to summon the manager when asked.

This is not my local Home Depot. I had an appointment in the area and decided to go to this location because I could knock out a planned errand en route to other errands. What a surprise: clean, well stocked, friendly and helpful employees, clean bathroom. The lumber wasn’t bowed - I needed to frame up an area for cement and was able to get what I needed without tearing through stacks of wood. The tool area is a little tight, but I found what I needed. I’d consider going out of my way to come here if I need wood or just want a nice experience.

W recently painted our house and Bob in the paint department went out of his way to help us match paint.

Garden area was beautiful and full of Spring colors. The cashier was friendly and respectful. I love to garden and you made this morning enjoyable. Thank you!

Bob in the paint department was able to match the color on my wood shutters perfectly from a few tiny pieces of chipped paint.

Jennifer was really helpful with helping me checkout and received a warm welcome when entering the store.
