This is based on a flooring purchase made this week. I was helped by Jesse who was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining options and the ordering/installation process. We went through samples and he explained each in detail. He was very professional and followed up right away/couple days later when the measurements were in. Great experience!

I would like to say that Ione was a very nice person at the register, we had a nice conversation while being checked out.

A wonderful gentleman named Henry (Sales Cashier) guided my wife and me through up all the way to the end very pleasantly and patiently. He demonstrated his excellence in performance of customer service as well as knowledge of management. We were very impressed by his professional and sincere manner. Thank you very much Home Depot.

Karen provided personalized service, taking us to the pro service station, looking our item (storage shelf), explaining why it wasn’t on the shelf in-stock (our store location on teh website was incorrect), got us set up for free home delivery of our shelf item, and got us checked-out with our cart item. All the while being super friendly, engaged, and helpful with other questions we had. KAREN IS AWESOME!!! All Home Depot’s need a Karen!

Pro desk staff is very helpful and interactive. Provide good information on projects. Michelle and John are great Plumbing: Peter is the best! Paint: Bob is always helpful and funny as well Mill works: Vince is a great source for information Bobbie, Rosa, Beth and most all the cashiers are personable

Had. A long list of things I needed and this home depot had it all! With the high price of GAS, it was a additional bargain not to drive all around town to get what I needed.

Received 4 for buying 2 house filters because of an employee mentioning the promo.

We came to Home Depot in order to prepare for the upcoming storm. Brett Draimin helped us out and was able to make our shopping trip a breeze! He recommended flashlights and battery powered lights (just what we needed and they work great)! He made sure to stay with us until we found every item we came for and his knowledge and friendliness made the experience even better! Thank you, we will be back!

Tami at the checkout noticed that I had an empty box of construction screws (that I could not locate on the shelf) and she looked them up for me without me asking!!!!!

This is a nice clean store. We were looking for a tree for our back yard. We ran into Victor working the Garden area. Victor was a great help here he listened to our needs, found the right tree and got us on our way. We will be coming back because Victor made some great suggestions for more items. We were limited on space and could only take the tree but we will be back for some of the items Victor suggested great experience

I love the fact that anytime I come I here, everyone is always smiling and very friendly

It's 4th of July weekend and we go to light our grill and guess what - our grill's not working. The propane tank if full but our grill is done for. So we go to Home Depot and grab a grill at a great price and then employee Isaac helped us break down the grill and get it in our car and showed great patience as it was a bit of a process. Plus the price on the grill was on sale and a good deal. Good experience all the way around.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. They will walk all the way down the isle if they see you standing looking lost and confused to help

I have spent a lot of money at this Home Depot over the past couple months... new floors, new cabinets, paint, tankless water heater, grill, etc... etc... And this store is so far above the rest in terms of customer service and quality products that there is no comparison. Jose the store manager is amazing!

The Pro-desk has always been courteous & showed me how to save money by doing it yourself with good products!!

Very helpful employees

Paint dpt was very understaffed. Took 30 minutes to get one custom quart. When I spoke to the manager, Crystal all she did was make excuses rather than addressing the issue.

Peter of the plumbing section showed me how to install and use a drip system for my patio. He picked out all the components for me and advised me on the proper use of each. It greatly helped me a 70 year old, to install it myself. I am very grateful.

This store has great customer service and willing to help you with your purchasing experience.

When I wanted to buy a repeat product after going online, they had all the products much more than the ones at the other stores

This is my regular HD store I shop at. Being a contractor it is important to get in and out quickly as well as have knowledgeable staff to guide me on products I'm unfamiliar with. GREAT GREAT LOCATION

This is an amazing store with knowledgeable personnel. Art, Dave & Ando are the most amazing, friendliest, most knowledgeable people who always, for the past 20 years of my visit, listen to me, feel responsible in my projects, and make sure I will finish my project successfully whether I need right materials or tools. They definitely deserve a high appreciation!

I had been looking for paint, as I do Property Mgt. Also Liquid Nails and various items for the business. *I'd just come from 2 other stores where I was checking product And price. When I got to Home Depot, I found all items I was looking for. And each one was at a better price! Being in own business, that says a lot to me!

I shopped at the Newhall Ranch Home Depot today and left. They’re very pleased. The Gentlemen in the paint department named Bob was very knowledgeable. I have shopped there many times in the past and he is always in a great mood! I asked for help from a pro loader, named Bruce Blackstone. He went out of his way to help me load a window and lumber on my cart and then assisted me with loading my truck. Great employees and selection of material! I will shop there whenever I need material, Thank you, Newhall Ranch Home Depot!

Cooper was very helpful and nice. She was very enthusiastic, accommodating, and efficient. She made my entire check out process very enjoyable, I will most very be going back!

I walked in and bought all the laminate flooring I needed and was out the door within 1/2 an hour! The cost was $4 less than I thought and I got a $100 rebate since I spent over $1000. The sales person was so helpful! He loaded my cart with all I needed AND he and 2 other employees loaded it all into my car for me. I'm sure if I asked they would have followed me home and helped me unload it too. ha! I'm excited to have a new floor!
