I went online to find the item I needed to fix a leaky toilet. The website gave me the aisle and bay number, I drove to the store was able to go directly to the part, pay for immediately through self checkout and be home and have fixed thee leak all within 20 minutes and for $4.98. Thanks home Depot!

Mike in the Flooring and Wall dept is extremely helpful, patient and knows all the products. Look for him when you go to the store for your flooring needs. I purchased Cellular blinds because it is so hot where I live and they have the ability to cut the blinds on site. It makes it so easy.

After experiencing some stress prior to coming here, it was a joy finding employees willing to help me and my husband.The lady in the flooring department made us feel at home, and went out of her way to help us with our flooring decisions. She was wonderful! And the gal at the Check-out was very kind as well. Every store should have employess with this kind of demeanor: courteous, kind, helpful, and with no attitudes. On my two most recent visits to this store, I was helped very quickly by two of the most knowledgable, experienced, friendly, and helpful staff I have encountered anywhere in years! A few weeks ago, it was a guy in Electrical / Lighting. (I wish I could remember his name!) He was just really helpful, and I came away with a new appreciation for what is actually possible when you have helpful staff. Then, today, I encountered Tom, who very quickly assessed my problem, and helped me find the solution and parts I needed right away! He was simply amazing. As long as Home Depot keeps staff like these guys, I will start going back there for anything I might need. The other similar stores in our area are simply not up to these standards. Thanks, Tom! And thank you, Home Depot, for having guys like Tom around.

This is my go to store in the Santa Clarita Valley for home projects tooling and materials. The store is always well stocked with what I need and I normally will find new materials which I might need/use in the future.

Went in for flooring. Spoke to Kat and she was very helpful. She knew her products and gave us some great ideas.

I love this Home Depot! I've been going here for so long, everybody knows me, and I feel like they are my people. Friendly service. Knowledgeable associates. Great returns policy. Almost everything I need to do my job everyday. And, one very important and useful policy that the competition does not have: I can get a copy of my receipt right at the register (or 2 copies or more)

There's a wide selection of home products available. Prices are average compared to other stores, but most of all, you can find pretty much everything you need as apposed to driving around from store to store.

The store is neat and organized. I was very happy the help that I got from Tom at the hardware and the guy cutting my wood, ( I did not know his name). He also help me look for the right size of wood. Overall, I had a good experience shopping at Home depot.
