We got home with our Rigid 3 blade planer, took it out of the box and viewed sawdust, wood chips and cobwebs all over it. The seal was worn off as well. When I called Lauren the manager, she did not seem surprised and told me to drive it back to the store. No apologies and no customer service whatsoever.

They've got some stupid policy where if you buy something from their locked shelves, an employee has to carry it to the checkout counter for you. So I had to wait while a little old lady about 70 lbs. carried a large box she could barely handle all the way through the store, and she'd stop and visit with other employees along the way. If they're afraid of someone walking out with a 4-foot long box without paying for it, they need to upgrade their security, but their current policies are ridiculous. I could have been in and out with my purchase in about 5 minutes, but after trying to locate an employee to unlock the item, carry it up front, and even assist another customer and visit with other employees along the way, I was in the store for 45 mintues. Home Depot has really gone downhill recently.

NEEDED WHAT I PURCHASED.

Over all the Norman store has a lot of employees walking around but no one when you get ready to buy or need to locate something. Some seem to go out of their way to avoid us, customers.

They will smile and say thank you when you make large purchases but when you have an issue that migh cost them some money they will run as far from you as they can and provide zero assistance. Talon and Jordan are poor managers and care nothing about the consumer.

I could not find a price on the Jack Daniels whiskey barrel, so I just settled for a smaller wood barrel. When I got to the register I asked Ashley if she could check the price on the whiskey barrel for me. Once I found out the price I decided I wanted the Jack Daniel's Barrel. So she rang it up as the Jack Daniels Barrel, took back the other whiskey barrel and had someone bring out the Jack Daniels Barrel to my car. She was very kind and pleasant. It was nice to see such good customer service for a change. It has certainly been lacking for a long time.

Have an alert system (bell or chime) at cutting stations. No one is ever around to cut lumber and it usuallybtakes too much time to track someone down and even longer when they say they cant and will send someone over

There aren’t enough employees to help find items when needed and no longer get military discount discounts on a lot of items.

Amy help me with countertop selection and set up an appointment for measurement. She was awesome to work with and a pleasure to do business with.

Clean store but employees need to ask each customer coming in if they can help you. Most people would like the store isle number to speed up there locating product.

Not much help after 5. No help in lumber. Zero help on flooring. Gave up and left.

I just bought some power tools about a couple days ago and I’d like the brand they carry RYOBI hope they have more in store but like the employee as well awesome store see you soon

I will start taking pictures of concerns and submit on future reviews. I know our local store is going through improvements so I will update at a later date when request is made.

The way Norman is growing and the direction Norman is growing, we need a second HD on the east side of town. 3906 is the smallest HD in the area.

The store's staff was very helpful, and assisted me in making the best choice for my project.

From the time we entered Home Depot we had the best experience in choosing a new washer and dryer. From that to the purchase of them EVERYONE was so helpful. We highly recommend Home Depot. Thank you

There is never anyone willing to help or assist when you need it. Every time I go in this location I always have to find an associate. There is zero customer service.

This is a good place to shop. There is a aegment of the floor personnel that are absolutely professional, courteous and very helpful. These people make the vist a productive one.

I went in there to the store, and I have worked with two of your employees, Gideon and Dustin, and they are the most Polite, helpful, and professional young man I have ever had the pleasure of working with . I live in Texas and I go to the Home Depot in Norman, because I know they will help me.

The gentleman at customer service Gillian is very helpful. It never fails, he's always staying busy and gives it his all to assist everyone. Always smiling and knowledgeable on what he is doing. Best work ethic l've seen in a long time. He sets an example everyone should follow.

Many employees are helpful but unfortunately many are not. Depending on which day of the week you choose to shop, you may be happy with the employees attitude and help or completely underwhelmed and left wandering "Who hired this person in the first place?"

Shopping at the Norman Home Depot is always a good experience. The employees are always there to help with items. I always receive a greeting when I enter the store. Looking for the location of items is easy when employees offer to show where they are located. If I need help, I can always ask anyone on the floor and they are quick to help or find an employee who is knowledgeable about what I need. This is the only store I will shop at.

The store itself was great. People on the floor were welcoming and willing to help. I did not like being force to use the self checkout. I would like to make up mind whether use a cashier or a machine in buying my selected products.

This was my first time at the Norman location. I was very impressed by the service from the representative's I delt with.

Complete Chaos trying to pick up a $1600 online lumber order. Shortages due to availability that I was not notified of. Lack of oversight and management. Employees cutting up or just lost while customers lined up looking for help
