To say I am passionate about roses is an understatement. There are some gorgeous red, pink, yellow, and more roses at Home Depot. I have planted A LOT of them. Nirseries often have roses like Mr Lincoln, Olympiad, Double Delight for $39-59 dollars each. Home Depot has gorgeous ones in stock for 14.99 - 16.99. Consider planting some roses for your Valentine!

While I was shopping in the store a shopping cart was left randomly in the parking lot and it rolled and impacted my car. I filed a police report and received an estimate from a certified repair shop and the estimate to repair the damage is $761. Happy New Year!

I visited the store today after visiting Harbir Freight down the road from Evans, it is a day and night difference. HF had help, was clean, in stock, and good prices, obviously management are engaged. THD was filthy, dusty, unorganized, no help whatsoever, the only person who I interacted with was the cashier. Obviously there is no management in the store on sundays, and the lack of upper management direction. This place can use some clear direction.

I bought paint and brushes at the Home Depot off of 281. My project at home had me taking several trips. I was able to find great advice from Gary in paint. He is very knowledgeable and made my project much easier! I really appreciate the help and everything I needed was there. I love tye outcome of my paint project thanks to having great customer service! Appreciate the help!

I go to home depot because I know that the parts tools materials that they have in there. Oh of good quality and are available.

If you need help in the appliance department, go to Ducky Diaz. Do not accept any substitutes! This lady makes 100% plus effort to help you find exactly what you need and ,even better, at the price you want!

Trash service , never have what i need. Proaccount / sucks no type of discount or percs. The perks they talk about is spending $10k to get $20 off a tool rental Absolute garbage. How about a credit to be able to buy a new tool? Or gift card? Always hate to even think about having to visit home depot. No one is ever any help. People there For-sure hate their life and job.

Saw only 3 employees in the aisles of the store, and only self service check out that was a 20 minute wait because there was only one employee to help customers. Shame on you Home Depot

I have been shopping here for the last 10 years and have nothing but the best experiences, the employees are always friendly and helpful, just can't get better

This store is usually very well stocked and the personnel are usually friendly and helpful, but the door and window department are understaffed and it’s hard to get parts ordered.

Your staff is so helpful and nice. I dont understand hardware tools but they helped me me with that too. I wish you have better prices but I love Home Depot! Thank you!

This is the second time in a row we have ordered an appliance from Home Depot and there was an issue when it was delivered. A year ago it was a washing machine that came in the wrong color. This time our dryer arrived with no back electric plate. Sales person in the back at the store was great, delivery team was great. What was not great was the experience calling in and trying to get a replacement. Why am I to call in and find out when my replacement is coming, and then no care or urgency to replace it.

Bought a toilet online. They loaded it for me. There was a problem with the first toilet and the store swapped it out for me. Then Tim called me the next morning and arranged a refund for the trip charge from the installer. I did not even have to call, he called me and made everything right! Thank you Tim for good old fashioned customer service!

1st one - did not maintain powers unless someone held the cord connected. It was quickly exchanged at store. 2nd one did not power in at all. Very discouraging to take to effort to assemble then he disappointed as have to disassemble and re box. Wife was not willing to be heartbroken a 3rd time

We recently purchased a dishwasher at Home Depot and the customer service that we received from Mrs. Dickey was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable of the product we were purchasing and made the process easy and simple.

The store associate that assisted us was both knowledgeable and professional. She immediately asked us if we needed help. We informed her what we wanted and selected. She immediately took cate of everything and we were out. She should be recognized!

I came in to look at dishwashers, and the appliance specialist who helped me was terrific. Her name is Ducky Diaz. She took down all my info for when I was ready to buy. I called the next day and she set it all up. She was super helpful.

Bought washing machine and hidryer

It's bad enough that there are hardly cashiers and always having to use self-service checkout, but now items routinely ring-up at the wrong price. To add insult, cashier asks me to prove it by going back to the aisles and take a picture. I get back to registers and now cashier needs manager approval to adjust price (after having picture as proof !) Home-Depot does carry a good range of products, but their service is really slipping these days. .

The location is easy to get into and out via the 281 and access roads. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

This location has much more friendly and helpful associates than other San Antonio locations. Glad it's the closest to my home.

We’ve been looking to install blinds for over a year. Had quotes, dealt with some people that weren’t very nice. Once entering our local Home Depot and meeting Mr. Chesbro, we decided that day, due to his customer service, to make the purchase. He was kind, listened to us, and treated us like people instead of just a number or meeting a quota as others had at other local blind stores. It was a quick turnaround. Took less than 1 week to and we had our measure done and blinds ordered. This week is our install and we are very excited!

The employees here avoid you and spend most of their time talking to other employees. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Its a nice location, plenty of parking, nice people if you can find them
