We went in to grab 3 10ft boards so our cart was long. With all the Gatorade and water stack bases in the main aisle at the back of the store and displays in the main aisle at the front of the store, we literally had to unstack air conditioners to get into the single cart width aisle to get to the check outs. This was very frustrating and I’m glad my husband was with me, because there is no way I would have been strong enough to pick up the cart with the boards on it like he did to get out.

Bought a new dishwasher and the appliance team was great. I was looking at a few models and they guided me through best features and reviews to make the right buy.

Everyone in the store always seems genuinely interested in helping me.

Waldron helped me pick out the parts for a complicated assembly that I would not have been able to do myself.

I was helped by Makala in the paint dept. She really knew where things were, what they were and provide a lot of options and helpful information. I find that very rare these days.

I always enjoy going to Home Depot but this last visit it seemed every employee went out of their way to smile or greet me and they happily helped me when I asked. Thanks for amazing customer service!

Amanda showed a sincere interest in my kitchen renovation project, and was very knowledgeable about not only the products but also the installation process . In addition, she made a special effort to locate difficult to find products online with me in the store . Her work ethic is impressive.

This store has definitely fallen with their customer service and customer assistance. There hasn’t been a time that I go here and I feel helped and satisfied when I leave. This is a very Do It Yourself Store. You need to focus on the customers and what will bring them back.

I shop regularly at the 281/Evans Rd Home Depot. From gardening supplies to lumber, I have never been disappointed. I have also purchased many new household appliances that I needed from this Home Depot location, with delivery services, and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. I highly recommend shopping here.

This is a great home depot store. I've never had a bad experience with any associate here. They are all helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish they'd have a couple more people on the sales floor and a couple more up front per shift, because sometimes there is a line of people waiting to get helped by a single sales associate.

Great customer service in appliances with Ruben, and in garden with Mara and Brandy.

Customer service department (especially Donald Gaw) was great to work with and very helpful with getting the installation set up for the garage door opener I purchased.

Phil and Mia helped us out so much. We traveled all the way from 1604 and 151 to get a window ac unit with heat. Everywhere by our home was sold out and we needed one badly as winter is coming and we are having a baby soon. He was able to price match the total for what we would’ve paid at the location we normally go to. We really appreciate it!!! Yall are awesome!!

The Stone oak store in San Antonio TX is my go-to location, well stocked with plenty of name brand products great customer service, clean store overall very satisfied thank you home Depot 🤙

The Home Depot at 281 and Evans has amazing customer service! I had 3 knowledgeable and friendly employees help me purchase a BBQ grill and try to figure out how to repair a complicated light switch. They even delivered my new grill within 30 minutes of purchasing it. HD has definitely improved the customer experience at this location!

Elizabeth was working the checkout in the lumber department and she has the nicest smile and best customer service demeanor! The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is because there weren't enough manned check-out lines, but we loved that we got to check out with Elizabeth because she was so sweet!

I went to purchase a new washer & dryer set & it was Wonderful to find Justin, in appliances. He helped us pick out all new appliances to include the refrigerator, stove, microwave, & dishwasher. He was awesome. Thank-you!

I bought a garage door seal and I was helped by two very helpful and friendly attendants. The store is always clean and customer service attendants are always very helpful. They often ask if they can help you find what you are looking for.

We love our Home Depot. It has most of the things we need in stock and the employees are very friendly. It seems like the staff members enjoy what they are doing and are always there to help.

The employees at this store are always available and willing to assist. It's not difficult to find someone to help. Scott the person who helped us in the lumber department helped us find everything we needed and even suggested other products we hadn't considered that made our project easier to complete. His knowledge and passion for his work was so encouraging especially to me and my husband when tackling a brand knew project. If I have another project I'll be looking for Scott again! Thank you!

No help from the staff...Home Depot online says they have inventory of your desired items, but don't trust it to be accurate and don't trust that anyone in the store will know where it is...

Store employees are knowledgeable and very helpful in getting you to the right area. As large as the store is, I don’t know how they do it.
