I want to recognize this Home Depot for creating such an amazing experience for my son. From the Constables outside passing out candy to the employees with stations throughout with handmade decorations and activities. Every thing was so fun this Saturday during their Halloween event! You can tell these employees love where they work as they were having so much fun bringing excitement and energy to all the customers shopping. Keep up the great job Home Depot Mopac!

I needed self tapping screws, and ring terminals. Had them in stock and for a great price.

This store is my favorite one to shop at. The employees are friendly and helpful. I wish the parking lot was a bit better. All said I have had mostly positive experiences shopping here.

The checkout machine was broken and it took a long time to pay. One of the items I bought was defective as well.

We are the empire we want to see in the world. Don't shop here unless you have to. These are just designed to get you to see everything, never get any help, and end up having to order stuff from some other imperial giant anyway. Pointless waste of so much time when you need to just get things accomplished.

This is not the closest store to my home or job site but I often shop here because the store is well managed ands the staff friendly and helpful.

I had the worse customer experience at Home Depot today. Historically associates at this store are ready to help with anything so today was a shocker. No one offered to help and no one made eye contact possibly because they feared I needed help. I did!!! So very sad. Thankfully a nice customer in the parking lot helped me.

Lawrence helped me find what I need with no hesitation and he know where everything was. This man needs a raise. He was very friendly and helpful

I was in the self checkout lane when one of the employees was helping me but couldn't seem to figure out how to check up my account . The cashier proceeds to call 'Jaime' for help but he couldn't figure it out either I saw a different cashier and I decided to ask her for help , now im not sure if Jaime is in a different position as the cashiers but he seemed truly bothered that the girl cashier was teaching them how to do HIS job it appears to seem others need more training or need to learn how to ask for help either he was a manager or an employee I'm not sure but to look down and have an attitude with job partners it isn't fair when your the one needing help .the girl was nothing but very helpful and sweet I believe her name was lizette

very helpful and friendly staff - I was lost in the wood section. I wanted to make an extra shelf for my shoe rack. Christopher helped me find what I was looking for, provided advise, and help cut my wood planks. Thank you Christopher!

Stephen in plumbing went out of his way to save me a return trip. I wasn't even on the right aisle to find the parts I needed. He was a savior.

I’ve been coming to this Home Depot since this shopping strip was built, and I’ve always had a great experience, but Joe went above and beyond helping me pick out a grill, and I always ask a lot of questions, and I am pretty picky, and he was super patient with me. I also brought my SUV, which, of course was too small to fit the grill, and when I was trying to load it, there was no way I was getting it in there, so he quickly helped me take the two side rails off, so I could get it loaded and back home. Not to mention, the store was closing, and it was raining outside, so high five to that guy. Not sure if he despised me underneath, but if he did, he hid it perfectly because he was super friendly and I thought I was stuck.

Multiple staff members barked at me for bringing propane inside and none offered solutions to how to handle the situation. When you are aggressive, I respond the same. Really feel sorry for all those untrained Home Depot employees. Lazy eye, with the beard and hat most of all. He looked old enough to know, but stuck in his position, maybe he was just mad in general.
