Nice store good selection of tools. Customer service on a faulty battery was a poor experience.

Excellent store and well staffed! Got what I needed quickly.

My son bought materials to upgrade the privacy to our chain link fence. Bags of concrete, wooden posts, etc. He requested help from the cashier to help load the materials into our truck and was totally ignored. He ended up paying someone to help him load the 2 carts into the truck bed. He has Congestive Heart Failure and a implanted Defibrillator. Big customer failure Home Depot!

I rented a machine from this location that had a faulty wheel. No worries, I understand. I returned the equipment and explained what had happened and the employee told me to leave it right beside my trailer because it could not be moved safely. I was then charged a $50 cleaning fee and told it took employees several hours to clean something that takes less than 5 min to accomplish. I would have gladly cleaned the machine if necessary, but, I was told to leave it and it would be taken care of later since it was broken.

Our favorite trouble finding the right shower system, I will smoke on the store management she took time to make sure I got exactly what I thought I needed. I have it delivered, come to find that I wanted the wrong size, I called store and talk to you the head of customer service she was very concerned and worked with me to get the product return to the store it was a fantastic interaction that I had this store start to finish.

I don't know what happened to your staff training and customer approach, but all I got were staff members hustlers, angling for high profit commission sales, or distracting customers into making expensive mistakes at the now apparently self checkout registers. This is not the Home Depot that I used to enjoy shopping at anymore. No wonder these stores are losing money. They are chasing away their customers with sales hustles and outright rip off tactics. I can get household products at a much more customer friendly place the next time.

Needed new window blinds throughout my house (14 in total). Was able to find exactly what I needed in stock and able to get them custom trimmed. So happy I could get this project done and easily installed in 2 days.

I bought on line, pick up at store, and then had to return a Kohler toilet that simply didn't work in our space. NO PROBLEM. The employees were helpful when I asked where to park for return, when I needed someone to unload it, and when I tendered my receipt. The trip had not been one I was looking forward to (I am 30 miles a way), but everything went smoothly. Thanks!

Could be a little bigger and definitely more open parking not as tight as the denton store.

Darrel that worked in the equipment rental was very helpful and pleasant. There are not enough people to work back there, so the wait is long.

Rhona at the front registers helped me two times first to locate an item and second when I came back with the item and also wanting to order something from online with what I was purchasing she was very helpful both times made my shopping there fun and informative as well as fixing up my account so that I may acquire points. All in all a great shopping experience.

I will try to avoid going to their rental department as I was treated unfairly and discriminated against based on being a woman by one of their associates, (do not recall his name )this was Sep 17 2024 around 11;30 am in the rental department.

Bought a Ryobi edger for $109. It scanned higher at $119. Home Depot being sued in CA for this repeated issue. This improper scanning to a higher price is getting old.

Had trouble ordering in line. Went to the store and Eric was great in purchasing a new dishwasher!

At virtually every time I have been in this store, I have found the employees to be friendly and very helpful. It's a BIG store, and when I need to know where to find the item(s) I'm shopping for, there's always a capable employee to direct, or even take me there. This is the kind of store that deserves my business.

Home Depot is by far the easiest and friendliest company to deal with.

Today I had the best customer service you could ask for at Home Depot. From the moment I walk in, to when I checked out, and last but not least, helping me load my items onto my truck. Thank you Tabitha for going above and beyond on your customer service by getting the chairs and tables that I needed. Thank you Rebecca for making my checkout experience fast and easy. Last but not least, Jackson saw that I passed by him in the parking lot, with all the chairs and tables that I had just bought. Came to me, and offered to help me load my chairs and tables on my pick-up. I could feel the honest help coming from all 3 team members in my shopping experience today. I will definitely make this Home Depot my primary store just because of these 3 awesome team members. If it wasn’t for my timing today, I would have definitely talked to a manager to let them know how grateful I am for these 3 team members today. Honest help does not come easy now in days. To the Management team, keep up the good work on hiring people like Tabitha, Rebecca and Jackson.

All the workers are young, untrained in their jobs, and they show no interest in helping anyone. The store is new and there is clutter everywhere. Today over 50% of the isles were not passable due to clutter and unused carts. Whoever the manager is there is NOT doing their job. The workers apparantly share his values.

we had a roofing crew replacing our roof on Saturday morning. They were short some materials and gave us a small list. We went to the new store in Denton and were helped by an employee named Gabriel. He was helpful, patient, professional and kind. My husband and I elderly and Gabriel loaded 3 bundles of shingles onto our cart and made sure we had everything we were needing. His friendly and positive attitude made the trip very pleasant.

The employee's were so helpful I can't thank them enough!! Also Deanna for taking time to help. I will definitely be back and recommend this location to my friends

There are way too many curbs and shrubs in the small parking lot…no place to easily park with a trailer. There are not enough self serve registers…very inconvenient

First visit to this new Home Depot store. My experience was great. The store is large, very well organized, great item selection, and very friendly staff. I will definitively visit this store again.
