I visited this store purposefully because of their customer service. I love their green house.

We needed a new appliance, but no staff member waited on us until I went to one who was not busy (she was on her phone). Then she disappeared. Despite several customers needing help, no employee was in the area for 15 minutes, despite being paged to come help.

I purchased a door in January. The install was scheduled for April. The installer was to arrive between 1 - 3. He showed up at 5:15PM WITH THE WRONG SIZED DOOR!! A week later and no one has contacted me to reschedule & I can't get thru to anyone.

I bought it last night, but we have used it all day. It was a pressure washer and it is fantastic.

Home depot has a beautiful section of flowers that why I love shopping there and other things for my home.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. Big improvement for any store. That always makes you feel welcome and appreciated.

Seems like there are some good solid staff at this store, but there seem to be less of them all the time and like many people, I wish that Home Depot CEOS and CFOS would stop trying to get rid of cashiers by adding these self checkouts. Cashiers have far more value in assisting and guiding customers than just getting you out the door. If it was my company, I'd pay more people to work in the store and stop buying crappy computers and making customers check themselves out. If you want us to check ourselves out, pay us for it. Otherwise this store does pretty well with it's limited staffing. If there were any less staff I don't know how it would stay running.

Charles Akpan is a very knowledgeable salesman. This is the second time that he has assisted me in buying appliances.

The store manager came to help to check out customers when the line was long. This is very unusual to have the store manager to help with capacity

Always able to find someone to assist me within a reasonable amount of time.

I was helped by Sharon who made it easy to choose what refrigerator I wanted. She was knowledgeable and very attentive.

The store had what needed in stock and the associates were friendly and professional.

I was desperately looking for a T26 christmas tree (Home Decorators Duchess). I was calling around 6:15 am last Wednesday, 11/13/2024, and Mike answered my call. The system showed 4 trees in stock. I asked Mike if he could eyeball them as I live in Wilmington, NC. He checked and told me they weren't there. About 10 minutes later, Mike called me back and told me he found them. It blew me away that he continued to look, found them, and called me back. I consider this exemplary customer service, service like is not often experienced these days. As I am a pro customer, he handed me off to Jeremy, where he helped me with the final arrangements to get up there and get those trees. Just like Mike, Jeremy was spot on in the way that he took care of me. To the store manager, you have two EXCELLENT employees in Mike and Jeremy. Hopefully you will commend them for the way they took care of me. BTW, my wife was elated to find out that I had found those two trees. Thank you MIke and Jeremy for the fantastic experience! 2 staff members assisted in making a return and in finding a new product. Both were helpful and knowledgeable.

Working with Jim in the kitchen cabinet design and sales department was an unexpected delightful experience! I am a 73 year old interior designer and architect who usually has to be the………on the………You fill in the blanks! Thanks Jim! Hubby and I LOVE our new kitchen cabinets!

I go to this Home Depot only because it's close to my house. I look on line before going to see if I can find the isle the item I need is located because you can't find anyone to help or if you do their attitude is I guess isle 34 as they walk away and by the time you find the item it's in isle 12.

Just bought this weekend, so far, so good. However, I do feel that when purchasing a $2,500 (with tax) riding lawn mower, it could come with a full tank of gas. It did have oil, but will need to be sure that amount of oil is adequate. Also, I did not have delivered, but along with delivery fee, there is a $20 fee if they tell you the time they are coming. Sales people, I worked with, were nice.

Had great experience with Homedepot, though we went to several, all were great and Tye was very helpful and very knowledgeable!

I was making my bird seed run and some other items and as always I was able to find the solution to my "home" problem. Thank you home depot.

I went to get countertops two months, got a quote. Went today again, spoke to Jim, and he was just awesome in getting my quote paid, and sort out the specifics and possible concerns that might come up during the project.

I have bought numerous items over the past year and have had excellent survice.

I thank God for the loving staff 🙏 because I was dealing with a lot and one particular young lady did far and beyond to make sure Home Depot met my needs for that particular visit and I honestly was waiting for her to get tired of me and ditch me at least with a bathroom break but Home Depot or her parents truly trained her to know your service to all but especially God's people is what really matters in this thing called life. She proved to be a real live angel...because without her assistance that day I would not accomplished a lot of things that may be small to many but she gave me energy just sticking with me and I'm a minister but I was encouraged by her as she explained how I motivate her...that's what life is about. Stick8ng together and getring goals accomplished and being like Yahshua wind beneath one another's wings 🪽 and being a helper like the ultimate Helper.... we really bonded in those 30 minutes and I left feeling that life gave she and I a new friend to stick together... I will always drop through and check up on those babies but especially that young lady who boosted and refueled my gas tank and Holy Spirit Amen!!!!! This particular visit reminded me the race not won by the fast or the swift BUT HE THAT ENDURES TO THE END IS WHO MOST LIKELY WILL WIN THIS RACE!!! AMEN.....DONT GET TIRED OR WEARY IN WELL DOING. TO MUCH IS GIVEN MUCH IS REQUIRED!!!!
