I went to get countertops two months, got a quote. Went today again, spoke to Jim, and he was just awesome in getting my quote paid, and sort out the specifics and possible concerns that might come up during the project.

I have bought numerous items over the past year and have had excellent survice.

I thank God for the loving staff 🙏 because I was dealing with a lot and one particular young lady did far and beyond to make sure Home Depot met my needs for that particular visit and I honestly was waiting for her to get tired of me and ditch me at least with a bathroom break but Home Depot or her parents truly trained her to know your service to all but especially God's people is what really matters in this thing called life. She proved to be a real live angel...because without her assistance that day I would not accomplished a lot of things that may be small to many but she gave me energy just sticking with me and I'm a minister but I was encouraged by her as she explained how I motivate her...that's what life is about. Stick8ng together and getring goals accomplished and being like Yahshua wind beneath one another's wings 🪽 and being a helper like the ultimate Helper.... we really bonded in those 30 minutes and I left feeling that life gave she and I a new friend to stick together... I will always drop through and check up on those babies but especially that young lady who boosted and refueled my gas tank and Holy Spirit Amen!!!!! This particular visit reminded me the race not won by the fast or the swift BUT HE THAT ENDURES TO THE END IS WHO MOST LIKELY WILL WIN THIS RACE!!! AMEN.....DONT GET TIRED OR WEARY IN WELL DOING. TO MUCH IS GIVEN MUCH IS REQUIRED!!!!

The employees at my Home Depot store were delightfully helpful. The employees were genuinely eager to assist me and answer all my questions and concerns.

Cashier Alysa was rude and disrespectful.

Was purchasing a/c filters and this store offered a deal when purchasing in bulk - 4 2-packs of a/c filters (8 total) for about the cost of 2 (4 total). We had noticed it when shopping, so picked up 4 of them, and when we got to the checkout, the cashier Shavonte only saw the first 2 and advised that if we purchased 2 more, it would cost about the same. We then produced the other 2 and she was so gracious, laughing. It's nice to see someone who can relate so well with the public while also being so very helpful.

I looked for 2 wheels for my Gorilla cart but I don’t think you have any now. I’ll try to order them.

Returned some items from a previous visit, very quick and easy. Shopped for a new painting project. All good except for being out of stock for Black Silicone Caulk. Terrible checkouts: Long lines, rude cashier. Other emotes were great. Convenient location.

Improvement needed to clean, repair and monitor restroom more often. Very displeasing.

I asked Jason B. for assistance to have 6 10ft crown molding pieces cut. In which I had brought the pieces to the saw area. He told me I can go cut them my self with the manual saw. I told him I would like someone to cut them. He told me that’s not their job. I stated an employee always cut pieces for me. I asked for manager, he called on phone and the manager stated employees do not cut those for customers. Malachi employee stated I’ll help you ma’am. Thanks Malachi for assisting me!!!!

The best store ever.

I buy paint, air filters, plants, wood, tools at this Home Depot. Easy to park, shop, in and out. There is also a grocery and pet store right next door.

We love this Home Depot. Everyone is so helpful!

This is a great location! Always well stocked and easy access. Employees are always helpful and friendly.

I purchased several items an I’ve only had one item to return because I purchased the wrong size. All products worked well and I have not had any trouble with them. I will be purchasing other items from Home Depot at store #3632 Durham North Pointe Drive.

Sha-Quana Carter went above and beyond by spending 2-3 evenings a week the last two weeks helping me narrow down what felt like endless choices in window treatment. She stayed past her shift multiple times to help me, she knew the specs/options on all the items I considered, and when she did not know something, she did not hesitate to make calls to both Bali and Home Depot employees (storewide and district wide) get answers. She saw things through to completion and was incredibly patient.

I bought a lawn mower and special-cut blinds. Both required more assistance than usual as the mower required someone to get it off the top shelf and the blinds required special sizes involving cutting in-store. In each case, the associates were helping someone else but made sure to let us know they 'had us covered'. After each associate finished with their previous customers, they came and assisted us efficiently and pleasantly.

I looked on line for a particular product and it was right where it was supposed to be when I went to the store the aisles were not cluttered with carts if materials as is so common at the other home improvement store in North Durham

This store is staffed with caring people and a great inventory selection!

Good choice of products

Last week I found some tomato cages on sale at a great price. I often catch outstanding sales and recommend Home Depot for good products and great sales.
