Product I wanted was not in stock, but associate was able to help with a work around

The web site was very complete about the particular entry doors offered and allowed us to evaluate the necessary options available before we went to the store. The associate at the store was very knowledgeable about the product and showed us several options to consider from a large selection of doors. She also suggested that someone could come to our home and finalize the necessary specifications which was also a big plus for us.

It was a busy day with over a half dozen customers in the electrical aisle needing assistance with only one associate. The shelves were not organized, items not where they were suppose to be or missing all together. There where only 2 WR GFCI combo packs in stock and the specific box connectors I needed was either out of stock or in the wrong location. There needs to be better organization and attention to detail. Yes, I left the store and went to Lowes to complete my purchases, returning there a few days later for additional items I needed. Having visited both Home Depot and Lowes over the years I've watched as each improves and worsens in store cleanliness, organization, and staff friendliness. For a time I had all but stopped visiting Lowes and shopped more at Home Depot. That trend is reversing as Lowes becomes cleaner and more organized. It does matter Home Depot.

The Store was clean. I prefer Home Depot as the people are more friendly. The only thing I had a problem with and that is just a lot to choose from.

I visit this store often and always receive good customer service and 99% of the time they have what I'm looking for.

The associates were fantastic at assisting me in ringing the correct microwave light bulb, as well as locating a contractor to assist me installing kitchen hardware. Very thankful for the help!

I needed moving boxes. Within minutes of entering the store, an associate was there to help me. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He took me right to the boxes. This is a great store!

The associate ( Chritie Pena) who helped me was so knowledgeable, professional and funny! She knew exactly what key I needed for my Dodge Durango and had it cut in no time flat! THIS associate saved me time, money, and the aggravation of going to a dealership to have a ignition key made. I originally went in to have an ordinary key made and got to talking about car keys when she told me she could save me the time and money and make the ignition key right then and there. I had no idea Home Depot did that. I had been putting off getting the spare key because of the money and hassle it is at the big dealership. So because of this I am a satisfied customer.

i use this store all the time. my only complaint is how difficult it can be to locate a store employee. i think every aisle should have someone.

The store was organized, and the sales associates had the best personality -- they were extremely friendly and eager to help and assist you with making purchasing decisions. They seem to genuinely enjoy they job.

After visiting a competitor and quickly was reminded how well your customer services out shines the rest. I wish I could thank each employee one by one for the excellence you show to each customer that walks through your doors anytime or day. You all are my best. There has been times that I've driven out of my way to shop because when I spend my hard earned money I prefer to spend amongst people who truly value my business.

Washers & dryers well stocked. Lots of highly-rated options (I had done my research before going to the store).

Greatly appreciated that the store associate loaded the 600 pounds of play sand on the cart and then into the truck for me…. And, even more so when I got home and unloaded and spread it!

The associates need to start helping customers more or your compition is going to beat you bad. Also when someone buys a house you should offer them a discount like other business's do.

I have been impressed with the customer service at this store over the past year. I avoided this particular store for years because everything about it was awful except a few decent associates. It is completely different now, everyone is friendly and they try hard to help you out. I shop there now all the time. I hope this new atmosphere lasts.

Michael Koren, kitchen designer, was so helpful. On my initial visit, he gave me detailed instructions on how to measure my kitchen cabinets for replacement doors. He scheduled an appointment to review my drawings and helped me select new doors, new sink cabinet, new undermount sink and new counter tops. On my second appointment, we finalized the selections and ordered all products. I had visited two Lowes Home Improvement locations (Mebane & Chapel Hill). The kitchen designers were not available. I was given a business card and told to schedule an appointment. Michael is the sole reason I purchased from Home Depot store 3632

I asked the store associate about the color of a stain I had brought a picture of and she said look at the chart. She was of no help at all. I figured that she must be out of her regular dept. I didn't buy the stain then. I purchased it later with the help of a friend. I bought some returned paint to paint a room. I didn't require help with that.

Store has a lot of great selection of items at reasonable prices. This will be my to-go-store for future home projects.

This was the best quickest purchase I've ever made. So quick and easy with people ready to help.
