I shop there often. Store is generally clean, well lit, etc. Clerks & cashiers are generally friendly & helpful, though not necessarily experts on their products. I don’t usually need technical help. I’m an electrician and know what I’m looking for. On this visit, I really needed a blade for a tubing cutter. They had no blades so I bought a new cutter. Blades are an often needed part which should be sold on the rack alongside the tool. In general, many HD’s do move products around too much. Even their clerks have a hard time keeping up with what got moved today.

Generally neat, good brands. Helpful clerks but some are not well schooled in the products. Sometimes too few clerks. In all HD stores, items get moved too often. Even your clerks have to scramble to find something that just got moved. Find a home for an item & leave it alone. I would like to see a better selection of pocket knives & work knives. Your snack items are much too expensive. I only buy them when I don’t have time to go elsewhere.

Clean, stocked, and employing some very-polite workers. Will shop here again. Got in and out in 10 minutes.

Mikel in the lawn and garden dept. is the best service rep I have witnessed in a good while. He made me happy to drop my $550 dollars at this store due to his outstanding customer service. It was obvious that his attitude was genuine-- a good guy happy to do his job and appreciated his customer.

I am building a new house and recently ordered multiple vanities for my house. Weeks after I ordered them open them and realize one of them was missing the top. After several phone calls with customer service and two visits, we were able to work out a solution that work for all of us. The ladies in customer service, Germaine , Brandy and Natasha were very responsive to me and helpful in working out that solution. They did what they said they would do and were kind and patient to me. What a great customer service department the store has! They should be commended for a great job

Always a pleasure to shop at this location especially when checking out and the very helpful Mealsea is working up front. Nothing like a smiling face to start your day.

Home depot offers most products for repair and new construction of most home projects. conveniently located and assistance is availble to help solve your needs

I always receive excellent service at this store, and their product inventory is adequate to supply whatever I am shopping to buy. They also provide knowledgeable, friendly employees who are easy to locate and willing to answer questions when needed.

I Had no luck at getting any associate to assist me in several departments which has been a problem at this location for quite some time. I asked one associate to assist me, and he replied, "you gotta give me a minute", with a condescending attitude. Why work in retail if you can't be courteous to the customers?

This store is always clean and the bathrooms are kelp very well also. Isles are nicely marked and the products are easy to find. there are times when I need some assistance and employees are always available and very knowledgeable. The checkout cashiers are very friendly and over all this store does a very good job with customer relations and service. I give it two thumbs up.

Calling ahead of time and speaking to store person was very helpful in locating and identifying product I needed (replacement garage door keypad). However, it took 15-20 minutes to get a person who was helpful. During 1st cycle of call, the initial person I spoke with place me on hold and after a few minutes, the call was answered by a second person who connected me to the plumbing department and that person transferred me to hardware. That person, didn't know but asked another person who told me they had the item I was looking for and I had to ask, exactly where the item (Isle) was and which side of the isle the product was on and at what level. But having this information permitted me to walk in and find exactly what I was looking for. The store seemed clean, and I didn't need assistance; but was asked, as I entered the store and was directed to the isle I was looking for.

Shopping at this Home Depot location a lot lately for products to assist with our home renovations. Staff are always helpful and we have been able to find the products we need without difficulty. Interior of the store is always clean and orderly. Plenty of checkout lines open so checkout never takes more than a couple of minutes.

Just wanted to express my appreciation for Angela during checkout. She made the process easy, and was genuinely friendly.

Terrible customer service. Could not find someone to help with an item that wasn't on the shelf but was in stock. Checkout was worse. Employees texting on personal phone acted annoyed when they had to do the work they were hired to do. They were annoyed that I didn't use the self-checkout.

Easy to reach. Well stocked. Every staff member from lite department to doors were extremely helpful

We shop at this Home Depot often and find the store to be well stocked and the associates always willing to offer assistance.

All the employees have been very helpful when I visited here. From paint, gardening, lumber, etc. Whatever I needed assistance with, I was helped.

Store was clean.Some items not easily found but associates were friendly and helpful when found to ask for assistance.one product (unglazed tile) I was looking for and the associate appeared to not know what I was talking about and said "we dont carry that" without asjing someone else.I had bought it there before.
