I possibly had the worst service at any store, and I have been shopping at Home Depot for the past 25 years. Firstly, six employees walked by none of them offered to help. But I asked a lady if she could help me find some long equipment and she said she could not because she was not on the clock and walked away. Then I approached to employees that were chatting away and I apologize for interrupting them because I needed some help, one of them offered to help and tried to look for someone that could locate the lawn equipment I was looking for. Several minutes went by she passed me two times did not provide an update or how long it would be before I could get some help. At this point I was very frustrated and asked to speak to a manager, Scott the manager showed up and try to rectify the issue by giving me alternate option since the product I needed was no longer available. He even adjusted the price which was very thoughtful of him. Once I got home and opened the package, they have provided me the wrong equipment and no batteries or charger with it. Had to go back to the store and return the product and decided to shop at a competitor.

Maryann in the Appliance Department was extremely helpful and courteous. I will be back in the future to buy other appliances because of her.

This location always has a lot of employees available to assist customers. They always seem to have everything in stock that I’m looking for. Employees are very helpful and always someone available to help you check out if there’s any issues. Overall a great experience in this location.

My husband and I had a yard project requiring planks of wood, paint, etc. everything we needed was available. The store is well stocked and the personal are friendly and helpful. We love this Frisco location.

I purchased a Magic Chef wall oven, I had searched orther Brand Stores for this Oven, Price and Availability was the Best at HOME DEPOT.

Had to wait over 40 minutes to get someone in Gardening to load 8 bags of top soil. Was on hold over 15 minutes before anyone answered their phones (placed on hold) so I could talk to a supervisor. Worst service I have ever encountered at a Home Depot.

This store has had a bad vibe for many years. The employees hate helping customers. They avoid eye contact and the dejected lok on the face of employees when you approach them make you feel like you are the biggest nuisance.

This location has the best selection & variety of plants for all of my gardening needs. The staff is also very helpful & professional. Once you try this Home Depot location, You will not go anywhere else! :)

Went to Home Depot in frisco. Met Dave-Amazing customer service. took me right to where I needed to go. Directed me to next associate, Marc, in plumbing who got me my part in 10 seconds and told me how to install. Linda saw me coming at checkout and promptly scanned my purchases and was super friendly. Today customers can't find employees who know what they are doing and love their jobs. These 3 at Home Depot were the best. I won't shop anywhere else!

Lauren helped me with my purchase and unfortunately I bought the wrong size. I drove back 20 minutes later and she helped me return and leave with the correct size purchase. She took ownership of her role while maintaining great customer service!

Had to visit 3 days to get a certain board. Each employee kept promising to pull out of stock outside and have it ready next day. They didn't. On my 3rd visit, a guy leaves me during conversation to go help the online order guy get something. Tells me he'll be back in a while. You kidding me? Another tells me they can cut panels, and next day nope, we can't do that for you. And all this if you can even locate an employee in the lumber area. I asked a few employees, but nope they couldn't help. Manager could not be found. Then they tried to excuse it all by saying i should make an order at the service desk to remind the pickers to do it. But they failed to tell me that the first two nights. and don't promise the customer you'll do something you can't or won't. I've frequented this location at eldorado frisco since it opened. I have never see the employees so poorly trained.

I AM ALWAYS PLEASED WITH ANY PURCHASE I MAKE AT THIS STORE.

This store is the worst I have been to in the chain. It is dirty, the back isles are completely blocked by merchandise, and there are never any carts for loading sheet goods. The employees are great, but the management does not seem to have a clue.

I go to this store every time I need something they carry and it is usually there. Employees are friendly and helpful.

The associates were kind, helpful and attentive. When asked where two items were I was escorted right where they were. I needed to purchase PVC pipe and it wouldn't fit in my car and it was okay to cut and I very kind employee helped cut it for me. So helpful! Then when I went to check out Cashier Burton was smiling, kind, courteous and professional. He made me smile at it kindness and made my day. It was an enjoyable experience all the way around!

They have a great selection of flowers and they make it easy to find things with their signage of sun, shade and the hours of sun needed.

Most Employees were not supportive, though a Guy by the name Alex R. went the extra mile to help out to the point he made me love home Depot

This home depot has everything I need all the time. Today I needed paint buckets and tarps. No issue is buying those.

I am doing a joint project with the Dallas Maverick’s foundation. I needed 2 colors as samples and the colors were not in the system. Caleb and Mya in the paint department were able to locate them in a Glidden Binder and were able to fill my order to get the colors approved. You could have said “ they aren’t in the system, sorry.” But, you didn’t. Thank you.
