We always enjoy going to Home Depot #6513. They always have what we are in need of at the time. Help is always there for us if we do not know where the product is located. Always a friendly store.

The T111 we need was out of stock. Mallory and Paul in customer service were very helpful and stayed cool under the pressure of computer/printer problems and a line of customers on a holiday weekend. Thanks for your help!

if every retail company had people like emma providing a great customer experience, it would be tougher to choose where to spend my money. as of now emma makes it easy to choose home depot n. frisco.

The store was clean but carts are not sanitized. Carts should be sanitized before customers pick it up.

If you are a contractor and looking for Prodesk Sales. I highly recommend seeing Mokika for your prodesk sales rep. She knows how to get things done. If you are looking for the "old school" lumber yard feeling, She brings her A-game!

Everyone in Home Depot was very helpful with my purchase, which was a different situation. However, I would like to give a huge shout out to Chase in the Garden Department. He went above and beyond to make my experience at Home Depot a positive one. He searched and searched for the product, found it (which was easier said than done), escorted me to the cashier, and loaded my car. Chase was very courteous and an extremely hard worker. You have a gem on your hands with Chase. The next time I am in the Garden Department, which will be sooner than later with a new patio, I will go straight to Chase.

This is now our "go-to" home depot. We went in for a patio set and Randy helped us out. Everyone we came in contact with at this store was very helpful but Randy went above and beyond. He answered all of our questions, made sure the set we wanted was in stock and put it on the assembly schedule for the very next day. We also asked about string lights and he showed us all of our options. We left the store very pleased. My husband and I both said that was really a great shopping experience and if there were more people like Randy this world would be a much better place. Thank you Randy and all the staff at Frisco HD.

I ordered online for store pickup a Husky tool chest combo that weighed almost 600 pounds and cost almost $1100. The reviews I watched online showed it being sold in 2 separate cardboard boxes, so that is what I expected to put on my trailer when I went to pick it up. When I got there and they took me to see my purchase, the unit was out of the boxes and already assembled on wheels. In addition, it was covered in dust, the back was all scratched up, and it was missing half of the rubber mats for the drawers. I told the employee that I wasn't satisfied with this and asked for one that wasn't already assembled so I could get it home without messing it up. They said that they didn't have any in store that weren't already assembled. I asked if they could order me one, and they told me that they couldn't do that. The employee told me that its one of the flaws in their system. My choices were to take that one, or get a refund. Not sure how someone is supposed to get an almost 600 pound chest from the store to their home without damaging it. I had no choice but to take the refund and leave empty handed. Don't think I will be returning to Home Depot anytime soon.

Randy is awesome and always goes way beyond in customer service! He is positive and made my day on a busy weekend! Kudos to this Home Depot!

Usually have good service but not today. Garden center staff were not helpful, did not provide needed assistance, did not know their product and were all about how important they were and talking to each other. The staff in the rest of the store was helpful as always and provided a good experience. If you want anything from the garden area don't go to this Home Depot! Poor service.

I am very thankful for Monika. I was desperate to find disinfectant wipes to protect my family during the Covid outbreak while I am working in 3 hospitals locally. All stores have been wiped out for weeks, and when my hospital shifts are over, shelves are always empty. Monika bent over backwards to find wipes for me within 24 hours. Thank you Monika! I can sleep a little easier now :)

Everyone in this store is friendly and helpful. They really care about their customers. I only wish they had more employees to help when I need it. It's hard to find someone sometimes. Other than that, I love this store.

Great employees that are always ready to help. I had an urgent need that was time sensitive and Jose was able to assist me in re-keying my front door lock. He was very knowledgeable and identified an issue with the initial lock I had purchased. The issue was quickly resolved. Great experience.

Always has a great selection in the outside shrubs and flowers. They are fresh and ready to plant. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful on choosing the right product.

I live near this store and was happy when it opened years ago. The first few years it was a great resource with helpful employees. Now they scatter like mice when u approach. The propane sale area is a disaster. It never works. The "call the attendant button" is a joke. I have wasted more time and money at this propane station than I care to admit. They start stocking the shelves early so complete aisles will be shutdown an hour before closing. The self service checkout is a joke. I always try to get cash back on my debit card but these machines don't all do this service. You can't tell which ones do. I go to the cashier line and she acts like I'm bothering her.

I was here and very tired due to staying up too late and the time change. Nicole came out of no where like a caffeine wielding superhero, she showed me where the monster energy drink was and I proceeded to the cashier station, in my sleep deprived state I went to a credit only self serve station and failed to notice the giant signs that said no cash. Luckily Linda came to my rescue and pointed out the error of my ways. Now i am highly caffeinated and ready to work.

Naomi who frequently manages the self check out is ALWAYS friendly, competent, and goes the extra mile for customers PLUS she remembers you! Hundreds of customers come by and she remembers people... now that is excellent customer service and the reason I shop this store. As a builder I spend about $200,000.00 per year at Home Depot and I will continue to give you my business. Keep up the great work... PS: Randy is also a great person and has always helped us... Didnt want to leave him out of this review!

Awesome customer service from all the associates specially Jenn from the paint desk, PLUS they are ALWAYS STOCKED up on what I need!

All the associates at this store are super helpful. There's one in particular, Jose in plumbing, who is always smiling and willing to help. He's full of knowledge, which helps me make decisions. The store is always well stocked. I can count on finding what I need.
