Great store

Cashier, Marty was helpful and friendly.

Terrible employees. I have been in the store at times when it had more employees than customers. This place will racial profile you quickly and run away. I have to hunt down an employee and corner them.

The individuals at this store are always kind and courteous. Always willing to help you out and go the extra mile to help you locate something. Makes my life so much easier. Great job Home Depot!

I've been in a lot, and worked for several DIY stores, but this one was the cleanest, and best maintained one I've ever been in. I didn't need any help, but had several employees ask me if I did need anything...not pushy, just really friendly guys that seemed to really enjoy working there and having the interaction. I kind of made me want to work at a Home Depot again - but only at this one.

Products were easy to find. Mr. Don (D28) at the Garden desk were friendly and helpful.

Great store. I always know I can get help with anything here. Today, I had four employees ask if I needed help.

Do not buy items they sell that offer a "warranty" as they do not stand behind them.

The associates were hard to find and not at all helpful. I was looking for pavement stones and this guy at the customer service vaguely pointed me to the "OUTDOOR section." And once at the outdoor section, I had to look hard to find an associate. I had a RETURN and it was a big item that I could not unload by myself. I asked for assistance from associates and this lady at the return center even paged for one but to no avail. I waited for neatly 15 minutes and decided to unload it onto a flatbed cart myself and then take it into the store!

Emily in the paint department was great! Very customer friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Knows her stuff! A delight to engage with.

Great experience getting a Christmas tree and very good quality

As I wondered the store, I was able to find everything that I needed on this trip to the store. I was looking for some air filters for my house. Looking at the signage on each row , I was able to find just what I needed. The store also had lots of items out on display for purchase for the Christmas . As I reviewed these items, I was making my wish list.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. I just have to avoid shopping there on the weekends because of the overcrowding. Keep up the good work Home Depot. I will return! :)

No one is readily available to ask questions in the aisle I am on. I have to walk around to find someone.
