I really enjoyed my visit at Home Depot I was shopping for Windows there was a black lady named Sharon she helped me with and I was very thrilled and happily surprised on how informed she was in assisting me and how knowledgeable she was about the windows I will consider her a great asset to Home Depot

We bought a large amount of paint and the employee that we were blessed to have helping us. While being there my husband thought he’d lost his phone in the department while we were there. He discovered this when he was at the nearby checkout counter and then immediately panicked. Employees at the checkout and others close by came over and kindly calmed him down and assisted him in finding his phone

I purchased $100 worth of items from this Home Depot store yesterday on 3/2/25 and the cashier didn't do something right as I didn't get my military discount and it's very upsetting and frustrating as I'm entitled to it. I'm already qualified for the military discount from the app and I always receive it when I order online so I should've received it in this store also. I should've asked for a manager and didn't think about doing that.

Everytime i got there i always get any help i need and quickly. Employees are polite and actively looking to assist if you need it.

I ordered Ryobi rechargeable tools and batteries online, because what I needed was not in stock at any local stores. They were supposed to be delivered by 5/24 because they were needed for a project that weekend. On Friday morning, the delivery date was changed to Tuesday. I called and was told that they had too many orders and didn't get them shipped on time. I had to go buy the tools locally from a competitor. I requested to cancel the order but was told Home Depot could not do that. I had to wait for them to be delivered and then either pay to ship them back or make a trip to the store to return them. The tools were delivered on Tuesday and on Wednesday I returned them to the store. It took the manager 3 tries to get the return to total the correct amount. He kept coming up with totals that were less than I spent. Today is the following Friday, 48 hours after I returned the items to the store, and the charge still has not be reversed off my credit card.

Sarah was such a game changer for my shopping experience. I entered the store discouraged and confused. Sarah greeted me and made me feel very comfortable while assisting me with my needs. The world needs more people like Sarah . AWESOME JOB !

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Employees walking around on phones not paying attention to customers that need assistance. The employees had absolutely no product knowledge!!!

Don and Shanecia gave excellent service during my visit to the Paint Department. They explained differences between interior and exterior paint finishes, and helped me match stain for new quarter round I had installed. They were so patient and kind and entertaining. Felt like family!
