VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Employees walking around on phones not paying attention to customers that need assistance. The employees had absolutely no product knowledge!!!

Don and Shanecia gave excellent service during my visit to the Paint Department. They explained differences between interior and exterior paint finishes, and helped me match stain for new quarter round I had installed. They were so patient and kind and entertaining. Felt like family!

My husband and I found all of the supplies needed for our home plumbing renovation. We are very grateful this home depot was well stocked. Thank you so much!!

All the cashiers were so nice and welcoming. One cashier specifically (Kayle) remembered me and my friend and asked how were doing and inquired about something I told her weeks ago.

I go to the home depot store for most materials that I need for current or recent projects which can not wait for orders...

Every time I come to this store the associates are slow to often ignoring me and on nearly every occasion when I come in the store the associates walk pass me or fail to acknowledge me leaving me with no choice but to hunt down a store rep for which could take upwards to 20 minutes or more and this is very frustrating it’s like they are too busy to do there job I often time want to walk there needs to be a greeter at all entrances to immediately help customer upon their arrival so shopping at Home Depot will not be so frustrating

I went in to purchase a couple of items. Wanted to see about military discount. Tiffiney Johnson at front Customer Service desk, walked and talked me through entire process. She kept a genuine smile on her face, her attitude was angelic and she even helped keep me calm when I was frustrated. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from this fine Associate. I'll be back because of her GREAT SERVICE. Her approach and kindness truly touched my heart!!!

Once You master navigating through the store. You will find practically everything You need to complete Your project.

Was treated like a thief by the employee for no reason

This is the closest Home Depot to my house so I’m always shopping here. The store is always maintained and I’m always properly greeted when I walk through the doors. The employees at this Home Depot are amazing and the store is always on point!

Self check out is easy. Employee nearby if I need assistance. Returns are quick and easy too.

Two employees reached out and assisted me. One in Electrical, the other was a Cashier. My Heartfelt thanks to both and I hope Management promoted them both. they have earned this right!!

only 1 checkout open and to top it off there were 3 workers standing there and refused to open self checkout The line has 12 people waiting and a few of them became very vocal and I felt like it was creating an unnecessary hostile environment

Mr. Taur was patient kind hearted and eager to help with a warm conversation! He was full of knowledge information which helped me out a lot. Mr. Taur also went out his way to pull wood down and cut it for me. This diy project couldn’t have gotten done with running into Mr. Taur! Thank you!!

Just felt that one of the ladies at the check our desk couldn’t been a little more polite when I walked up to check out. She was very short and snapped at me that she was on the phone and I’d have to go elsewhere. And I didn’t understand why she needed to be so darn rude. Can you say poor customer service?? Geez, I’d say DEFINITELY yes.

In todays world it’s hard to find good customer service but this Homedepot is different. They were friendly and very helpful and helped me load my bags of heavy garden soil.
