There was no help when needed! My husband and I struggled to load drywall onto a cart while waiting for help to show up- they never did. We continued to wait for help to load the heavy drywall in our truck- NO ONE SHOWED UP. A nice customer and his WIFE helped my husband and I load it into the truck as best we could. We ended up breaking a light on top of our truck- VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This Home Depot is thriving!!!!! Clean, efficient, helpful, well stocked with a lot of options and choices in items! The staff in flooring was awesome! The girl at the front counter was efficient and on the ball to get our order brought up to our trailer out front of the building. The young men who helped load the flooring were courteous and most helpful!!!

Products is hard to look for, employees is not present when you need help.

The Pro Desk is very helpful and friendly. I come to this store because of the friendly way I am treated. Santina and her people go over and above and I appreciate that kind of service. I have had multiple Issues with Chris. He is rude and refuses to help. I had another customer tell me after overhearing my interaction with Chris that he was rude and that he has had the same issue with him.

This store and it's employees are consistantly great. The Contractor desk is up to date and extremely helpful with our orders- big or small and the employees always go above and beyond to be helpful. Santina is a such an asset to this store

Jim Worley in the Kitchen remodel department is the best! Takes time to understand what we want and make suggestions. Very friendly to work with. We met Jim by accident one day while on that side of the metroplex. Ever since we drive out of our way just to do business with Jim. Very friendly and VERY experienced in what he is doing helping us with new Kitchen cabinets. In addition to Jim's great service we then ran into Debbie who helped us install the Pro Extra Rewards App on our phones to redeem Perks! Thanks NRH!

Empty shelves due to no one correcting bad counts. The attitude of the employees is one of frustration due to management not caring about the many stocking issues at this store.

Went to this location. Looking for a couple of things I was looking for to remodel my home. I do mostly everything myself so looking for everything in the store was was a breeze. On my way to the check out I was greeted by an employer Ty Reed, made my day even better asked, how my day was and got me in and out the store very smoothly. The energy was very uplifting store was very clean to my expectations I would definitely come to this location again.

I came in with a problem giving me fits hooking up an ice machine, Stephen in plumbing had my out the door in minutes with an affordable solution! Great service!

Key counter bad attitude

An employee Named Tucker was very friendly and helped me load my truck I had bought some stepping stones and be a female they were very heavy for me to load by myself and Tucker saw me loading them and he offered to help me

Lisa went out of her way to help me find the item I was looking for after I had given up and even helped me check out. Very friendly and helpful.

I visit the store at 6501 NE Loop 820 regularly. It's clean, well-stocked and staffed by helpful and attentive people. W.H. in the Garden Center is a wealth of information and knows his stuff. Michael R. in appliances was quick to initiate contact with me and my husband and has a warm disposition. Thanks to his informative and relaxed approach, we purchased our new washer/dryer set from him with the utmost confidence. The staff at the help desk has always solved my issues to satisfaction, be it returns or general questions about items for sale. When an item doesn't have a tag, the cashiers hurry to find the item and make sure we're charged fairly. I'm very happy that this is my home store!

I couldn’t find what I needed until I asked Jennifer for some assistance. She wasn’t rude at all, she was very helpful. Very friendly cashier. The store was clean and stocked which I appreciate.

I had to get my gas water heater replaced. The estimate they gave me through their service provider for purchase, installing, and getting its plumbing up to code was better than three other local plumbers quotes I had received. Finished the job in less than two hours, too!

Very professional and knowledgeable employees. I felt very safe and well cared for. Store really clean .lots of safety measures in place to protect their customers from the covid 19 virus. They had safety lines and social distance in place as well as all employees had on mask and some gloves. I loved that I felt like they cared about protecting us. Thank you for everyone efforts. I went looking for a appliance, and the employee was very helpful. Michael was so informative and friendly. He made the process of buying the appliance so easy. His customer service was outstanding!

The most uncourteous, rude and disrespectful people ever at this store. Would not acknowledge our presence in the store, accused of theft while paying for material and when we tried to resolve the problem the assistant manager Matt through us out of the store. I use almost every Home Depot in the metroplex, have been for over 15 years, and this was the worst I have ever been treated. Ignored, disrespected and then not given the opportunity to resolve the issues This store is the worst I have ever been in.

The staff answered my questions in relation to what was required for the job as opposed to what I THOUGHT would be required, so that I saved time by learning the correct way to proceed with the separate steps to prepare, and saved money by getting only the tools that I needed for the job.
