My wye adapter on my washer cold water line cracked because it was a cheaper garden fitting. The expert met me as I entered the plumbing area and asked if I needed help. He listened intently to my problem and said I could find fittings in the garden area or I could spend a few dollars more to permanently fix the leak. I told him to go for the higher priced permanent fitting fix. He walked directly to the brass wye fitting and said this will be a permanent fix. I thanked him and headed toward the checkout line. It happened so fast I didn’t get his name‼️ The plumbing expert saved me at least an hour and maybe a second trip I would have made if the garden fitting was chosen‼️🤓👍 I’ll sleep better knowing the leak and water damage potential risk is reduced to ZERO‼️‼️‼️ THANK YOU HOME DEPOT‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Three attempts to order title from the website, and they come damaged to the store. This is most likely not the store's fault, but not offering any compensation other than reordering the tile is not good enough. That's totally on the store. My contractor already moved on to another job and I'm wasting time and energy going to the store dealing with this. The tile should be free and delivered to my house at this point. But no, they're going to make a disabled person go to the store a third time.

The colors and patterns to choose from were so pretty and affordable

Went to this Home Depot to purchase a toilet. I was totally happy & impressed with the customer service given me by all of the employees. Starting with the employee in the plumbing department to the cashier and then to the guys who put the item in my car. It was obvious that customer service is a high priority at this Home Depot! It really shows. It helped me get in and out quickly and seamlessly! Thank you Home Depot employees! I will be returning there for sure :o)

we get home to use our new weeder and we find the safety guard is messing screws now we have to go back to Home Depot to get the screws

We bought a fridge which was challenging for a small space & found the best deal at Home Depot plus friendly & helpful employees named Julie & Susan.

Purchased several bathroom remodeling fixtures online for delivery to this store for pickup. Items arrived at store in good to excellent time frame and in perfect condition. Pick up was easy for my contractor and myself. Notifications were clear and easy to follow to get to appropriate in-store location for pickup.

These people actually accuse all their customers of theft, it's ridiculous, even the computer asks if you're a thief. The blue building has friendlier staff and real customer service I switched all my accounts and hate having to even walk in the door

The service person was knowledgeable, responsible and delightful.

I love the store and employees there but the parking lot is not safe. There's been a lot of young and older men hanging around not doing anything just outside of the parking area. I assume they are looking for day work or an opportunity to help themselves to your belongings. I can't send my wife by herself anymore unless things change.

Every single time I go this or any Home Depot store I notice the staff will follow you and check that you scanned everything at checkout but not offer to help or be even the slightest bit of help while shopping. I hate having to use Home Depot, customer service is non existent

Employees don't help, nobody wants to work, nothing gets done, only if you do it yourself. This Home depot takes DIY to the next level. They should pay me since I did their jobs.

Long wait at the self checkout line. No live checkers on registers

Kevin in the garden center, although a new employee, helped me and found answers to questions. He also loaded 30 bags of mulch into my car (2 trips) and was pleasant, kind and careful in spite of the fact it was a hot day. Richard in customer service/carryout was so patient when my gift card didn't work because I needed a PIN. I stepped aside and obtained the PIN. As I was working on the PIN I was impressed by his respectful interactions with other customers. He continued with my transaction once I got my PIN. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and again, patient. He's a keeper!!

Home Depot is absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, they sure can check your cart to make sure you rang up everything but good luck asking a question. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

The employee that helped me in plumbing with not much knowledge. I was there using the city bus to buy parts for a faucet in my kitchen that I was needing to be installed but this young man Noel said that I really didn't need nothing, he said to just remove the hose and place the bigger one into it and that's all. Today my plumber came and did that and it didn't work. I went there for nothing.

Shout out to Will W at the De Zavala store. Great customer service! I needed some custom blinds. He was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Will always go to this location now.

I buy items from this store on almost a weekly basis. I use the Home Depot app as it has an item finder that is incredibly accurate. Just type in whatever you are looking for and it tells you what isle and bin to find it in, how many are left, and the cost. It works every time at this store. When I do need assistance, it is easy to find, friendly, and helpful. Great experience!

Overall go review. Just need some issues corrected. Wait time for someone to open wire cage. Isles closed for restocking. Buy product and get to job only to find out wrong item in box or doesn't work because its been returned and put back on the shelf.

The parking lot was full. Around 2:00 on a weekday. One commercial cashier open. Four self check out registers (with one employee to monitor). The line for the self check out went down the aisle. Ridiculous wait. Had to ask two employees the location of an item. One sent me to a totally different aisle. The other just jestured and walked away… he was the only one in his department.

Noah was exceptional!!!! He helped me figure out how to get the paint I neededc for my property. I was on crunch time and he helped me as quickly as he could and figure it all out for me. Saved the f day!!

I was asked several times from different employees if I needed help finding something. And Monnie, asked me when he saw my 40lb salt bags I had on my flat bed, if I needed help loading in my car. Much appreciated!

John in plumbing helped me out on two visits today. He was INCREDIBLY helpful and extremely kind. He made sure I had the correct part and walked me through best practices. He may have been the most helpful person I have ever had.
