I would like to commend Lucero in the Kitchen/Appliance department. she helped us spend over $16000 on new cabinets for our next remodel. We were pleased with her knowledge of the lines available, the options, and her efficiency on the CAD program for the design. She is professional and courteous, and kept excellent notes on our project and progress. She did not express any negativity toward our needs, and made excellent suggestions on various parts of the design.

My wife want Lg 24 in. Extra Wide Outdoor/Indoor Leaf and Dust Pan - years ago carried the product uniformity left out in the yard - some body help themselves to the item didn't carry in the store - On line purchase - Ordered Apr. 27 convenient - just down street - Store Pickup

The employees have always been helpful - when looking for a certain item that is not real popular or in demand, someone always seems to take me to the correct isle.

The store seems to have adequate supplies of the products that I normally use but finding them is sometimes a problem. The aisles many times have maintenance and stocking equipment in the aisles. The general store, is not dirty, but looks cluttered. Overall, it is equal to other building material stores that I use.

I had quit going to Home Depot, because of the attitude of the employees and the fact that I had been overcharged several times. This time I had already gone to their major competitor and couldn't find the part I needed. Reluctantly I went to this store. I still couldn't find the part for my weed eater and thought I was going to have to buy a new one ($50). Then Josh came along and asked if I needed help (on previous visits when I had asked Home Depot employees for help, they were always too busy or just ignored me). Once I had recovered from my shock, I told him what I needed and he searched high and low, then went to ask another employee, Jaime, for help. A third employee (whose name I did not get) got involved and they finally found the $5 part I needed. Then the cashier, Leonard, was equally nice and friendly. I will always go back to this store when I need something, even though it is not very convenient to my house.

Store Associates Randy and Israel were amazing! If you are lucky enough to have the pleasure of working with them, please do so. Knowedgleable, friendly, and subject experts. They helped two defeated customers get what they needed done and with a pleasant attitude and demeanor. Do not waste your time going anywhere else! This Home Depot is the best in Texas!

Have purchased items at this particular store for YEARS,always impressed with the attentiveness of employees to be of assistance. I know most employees by name and they remember me, whether I am in my work clothes or home work clothes. Prices are evenly matched and reasonable although lumber prices fluctuate crazily. OCT board last year was $7.45 and now $10 plus. Other than that, remain stable. My travels in this area, take me all over town, I go to many HD stores, discover same wonderful people and service. A few times, of course, one may have issues, but staff, work them out to my satisfaction. No hassles on returns. I love MY HOME DEPOT!!

This store is well arranged and always clean. The isles are well marked so that it is easy to find the needs quickly. it is a good shopping trip; fast and easy. They usually have a well stocked store and anytime I have questions there is someone who can quickly help Everyone is friendly and most helpful. I enjoy shopping in the store; that is why I go there first.

Home Depot is alway well organized and the employees are very friendly and helpful. They seem to always know where everything is at which is great. I love the capability of tool and equipment rental. I was amazed after I rented a chainsaw Home Depot provide the safety equipment as well. This was impressive it shows they really care about their customers.

Always can find someone to help. Pleasant workers. Good prices and sales. I have went to neighboring business and have left there every to go to Home Depot.
