My main Home Depot. Staff are always helpful. Couple of times they have been out of stock. I would call ahead in future.

Went to the store received great service and got help by a very knowledgeable store atendent.the store was clean, the lighting could have been a little better. Overall I highly recommend the home depot to everyone.

Sales Associate, Sullivan, was extremely helpful in our purchase of a new garbage disposal. He answered all my questions and gave me the instructions I needed.

I have never had a better experience with an employee at any retail location. Tracy Leija at home appliances was patient and informative and provided a great experience in purchasing appliances.

Seemed to just want my money and not help me after the sale. Associate lied stating the order would not fit in my truck, which it would, and to go get a trailer. After driving 30 minutes home to get it, and giving them a couple of hours to pull my order as I was told would happen, I returned to the store. My order was not pulled, and nobody could locate it. After an hour of waiting, I loaded all the 44 boxes of tile onto a pallet and waited to be loaded on my trailer that I didn't need. After waiting another 3 minutes for a manager to open a door, I was finally on my way. Will never shop at this location again, poor custumer service!!

Store was clean, the associate was helpful and knowledgeable.

Eric Tuck helped me find a refrigerator with the exact dimensions and price I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He used the relatively new large touchscreen to plug in all the correct parameters and find exactly what I needed in a very short amount of time. I would highly recommend using this screen for finding appliances. It worked great. The only reason the store didn't get a perfect score from me was because the ladies room was in pretty rough shape, and that's with one employee walking out when I was walking in, and another inside the restroom as well.

I have been to this Home Depot for many years, but never met the associate Monroe. If you ever go there ask for him you will be amazed on how knowledge. He is my go to person!!!! Kuddos to him and Home Depot for having such a great employee!

I've been here many times over the years. The store is always nice and clean, and there is usually someone on hand if I have a question, sometimes it can take a while to find someone, depends on the time of day and how busy things are. They usually have whatever I need to do projects for my personal home improvement, and also for some side crafts and hobby projects too. I have also rented a truck form here before and the process was pretty easy and decently priced.

One of the better places to shop for all my every day needs. I prefer Home Depot than to Lowes.

I was helped by Monroe in plumbing today at the DeZavala & IH 10 store in San Antonio, TX and wish that all associates were this helpful. He was friendly, informative and assisted me through my entire purchase. I really appreciated it and will tell all my friends to look for him when buying plumbing parts. Way to go Monroe....you deserve a raise!!

When I go to Home Depot, I am never disappointed. I do ask for assistance if I don't know what direction to head (which is most of the time). I am always either led in the right direction or taken right to the item. Super.

I was just browsing through the store, I had gone to Home Depot to have some keys made. While I was browsing I had a store associate by the name of Monroe come and ask me if I was finding everything ok. I answered yes and he engaged me in the nicest, most pleasant conversation. He was very helpful, told me about the Home Depot app, how to order and have things shipped to the store and about the design pro center. Incredible, I am old school and so many times I have been frustrated that so many stores have gone away with good customer service. Thank you Home Depot for still caring enough about your customers to retain quality professionals like Monroe.

I was needing to clear a slow draining bathtub, and while looking at different options, a young associate approached me and was most helpful with options. After a few minutes of listening, I felt completely confident that I would be able to do the job. After returning home, I was able to clear the slow draining tubs in less than ten minutes!

It was the DeZavala store. Associate went way above and beyond because not only did he help me find what I was looking for he gave me a discount since the fan had been a display but what impressed me so much is that he took time and put it together for me. It was for my sick mother who was unable to put it together and I just don't know how to assemble things like this. I will never forget his help and always be grateful. He was also very friendly and obviously caring.

Live outside area, so ordered on the web, drove into SA the next day and the order was pulled and ready for me to pick up. In and out quick - made for a big time savings.
