Now if you need a lumber cart or flatbed carts, you have to walk back out into the parking lot, and bring it with you back into the store. New Policy. Just like the terrible Tatum and Bell store now.

HD is getting worse and worse … it’s sad to see this as a share holder ..

This is the only store I go to and usually il to five times every day. There is a reason for going to one store only. They are great

Every time a need someone to make a cut of lumbar for me I have to walk all the way to the front and ask them to call someone. Is there a way to give the sales associate a pager the customer could press to alert him directly.

The delivery guy was not to smart. Unloaded 1 pallet then left to turn around. He drove past my house with the other pallet. I called him immediately and asked where’s my other pallet. He said he didn’t have 2 pallets only one. The packing slip even showed 2 pallets for delivery. He looked again and found it?? We he finally brought it to me it was 14 bags short. Wasted over a 1/2 hour on customer service trying to get the rest of my order- which now can’t be delivered for another 2days. I will never use HD for deliveries again!!

The app was more beneficial than an employee.

I visit this Home Depot several times a week for my job and I have to honestly admit that the people here are some of the friendliest and most helpful around, and I shop at Home Depot almost exclusively.

Try to replace old exterior door, Tom giarratano is very nice and patient to explain the process and make a good choice for me.

nice gentleman bought my garage door opener which has a eight foot door. received a call from the installer who let me know i needed a eight foot extension kit. was infomed home depot does this a lot. was not happy i had to run back and buy an extension kit that should have been sold at time of opener purchase

Don't expect to locate materials you need - a big mess The layout is terrible

If you need help/ knowledge John is the man to see. Each time I visit this store I seek out John he always has an answer and gets me on my way with what I need. As a service person my time is valuable. thx!

I have gone to other home improvement stores because its a little closer, and I usually end up driving to Home Depot anyway. They always have more variety, more stock and friendly staff. I like seeing them busy, it validates everyone else thinks the same thing.

Joel could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable and made for a much more efficient trip to Home Depot that it would have been left to my own searching.

Out of stock on product I made a special trip for. Next time I'll look it up first - found it at other Home Depots. EcoLabs toilet boil cleaner. Gets the hard water stains

I stopped in for a few quick essentials and was greeted enthusiastically and warmly by every HD employee. My cashier asked if I was eligible for a military discount. While I'm not, I appreciate that he asked!!!! I hope military and veteran customers shop here.

Jerry Feurino and I have been working on the order I just completed for over a year as it is an insurance claim and has been delayed constantly. Because of those delays, I made several changes over that time and Jerry was very professional as anyone could hope for.
