Everyone at this store is always so kind and helpful! Their inventory is pretty extensive, most always having everything on my list, and the checkout area is well staffed so the time in and out is quick.

All employees, that I have enteracted with, have been very helpful, listens to you and makes a concerted effort to determine "what works best for you"....on a project and something new I may be interested in purchasing. I will always go to Linda, at the Contractors check-out, area because she is friendly and efficient. Takes time to make you feel important.

The employees at this Home Depot are generally unhelpful and rude. Of the five employees I interacted with at this location on a recent visit, three were unprofessional, one was rude and four were unhelpful. I needed to collect two items that I purchased online that took nearly 40 minutes for the employees to find. Fortunately, all I needed to purchase in addition to the online order were two more items on this visit that didn't require additional interaction with employees, other than the person watching over the "self checkout."

Leora, our sales person upon check out and Jose, the on-duty manager at that present time were exceptionally helpful when we needed assistance with the product items we were purchasing. The two of them went above and beyond measure to be sure we, as customers, were satisfied with our merchandise. The both of these two employees were very pleasant, professional and made sure we left Home Depot as happy customers. Leora and Jose are to be commended for their employee expertise in customer service. Thank you!

Inventory is always less than 90th and Shea, and Indian Bend. Aisles are so full of junk that you can't get down them. You close the north door before others and you can't get large merchandise out of the store. Impossible to find a manager. Employees don't recognize that every hour I spend in there, it is an hour away from my business. Please don't send me junk e-mails

This Store is awesome! I have a few locations that I can choose to visit, but I will come here for all my project needs because of the the people! This store was CLEAN, ORGANIZED, STOCKED, and an employee from every department offered help--specifically pleasant Customer service. I had an issue from the Home Depot on 92nd street--long story short, I made a purchase on a Samsung washer/dryer, and when I reached out for help on my defective dryer, their customer service skills were poor! My request for help was ignored, leaving me to handle the issue on my own. I recommend this store. The employees are awesome, people make the store!

Was looking for a variety of plants and hanging baskets...all were plentiful and readily available....a gentleman did assist me..plant section was as clean as could possibly be...all were friendly and helpful at this time....

They could use some more employees and some employee training in customer service. Definitely got tired of running all over the store looking for help in the lumber and the pipe areas. The lumber employee disappeared with another customer after I had been standing there waiting my turn for some time. He never even acknowledged my presence, but he looked right at me. I was told in the pipe department by a nice employee that they could not cut PVC pipe for customers but that I could cut it myself. I explained that I could not do so due to recent hand surgery but was just told it was company policy. At the checkout, I had my uncut piece of 10' PVC and also a 2' scrap I had found on the same pile. The self checkout register had them both priced at the 10' price. When I questioned that, the assistant just told me all lengths were priced the same. She was nice, but couldn't do anything about it. The store also seemed darker than other Home Depots I have shopped in, not sure on that but it was hard to see under the lower shelves in the lumber department.

I am a home owner and wood boat builder. I highly recommend The Home Depot at 15499 North Hayden Road. Because I am in the Quality business and teach Metrology ( how to measure) I know quality products and people when I see them. My experience keeps taking me back to this store. The associates are friendly and very accommodating. As a home owner and boat builder I find nearly 100% of the items that I require. I also order specialty items that get delivered to this store. This is a gem of a store with outstanding people. Just recently an associate walked me half way across the store to show me where a certain product was. Very impressive and a great touch!

From the time you enter the store the employees are kind and courteous They took the time to direct me to the aisle that I was looking for. The Employee in that aisle help me to find exactly what I needed. The store is very clean.
