Don’t bother having your house keys made on the automated key cutter. Took the keys home and neither worked. Even upon return the lady told me to go to Ace.

This is not a review of a particular product from Home Depot. It is about the store having almost everything I go there for. The selection is great, and products are of good quality. If I have a project that I am not sure how to do, there is always a associate with the knowledge required to get to where I need to be with my projects.

I have bought vegetable plants from HD for about 9 years. These last 2 planting seasons before this one. I did it get the yield from the tomato’s, peppers, herbs, and flowers that I have in the past. I have a masters in Botany, so I am well versed in proper planting and alternating crops. My question is: Have you been getting cheaper quality plants, then in the past? This year I will buy my plants elsewhere. I’ll be back when I hear better results, from friends. BTW I MISS THE HOT DOG GUY 🥲

This location is always well stocked. They tend to have more inventory than surrounding stores.

I always go to this location and I've never had a bad experience, they always see how things are going and if I need any assistance. I will continue to go to this location.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Collin, the store manager at the North Thornton store. I purchased a large Husky toolbox last week and scheduled a delivery for 11-08. When the driver showed, the toolbox had a large dent in the side, so I refused delivery. I immediately called the North Thornton store, where I purchased the product, and was put in touch with Collin. I explained my issue with the box and told him that I had to take the day off to be here for the delivery, since the delivery window was all day. Collin checked stock and was able to locate another toolbox in the store and had two employees transport the unit to my house and drop it off. I might note that this was at the beginning of a large snowstorm that was going to impact Denver, and the snow had just started sticking to the roadway. I appreciate the that Collin and the two employees went above and beyond to make customer satisfaction a priority, it is greatly appreciated.

This not only is the closest HD to me, but even if it wasn’t, I would still go to this one over the two next closest.

Last Sunday in your Thornton store, Renee, General Manager, and Stephanie in customer service turned a very difficult purchase into a positive experience. You have two fantastic employees that deserve a BIG HIGH FIVE!

We moved from Louisville to Erie five years ago and this has been a vast improvement over the later. Great selection, well kept and always someone with a well respected greeting.

I own a business that purchases 10K+/month from HD. My children have loved coming with me and love the race car carts in fact they call it the “race car store.” But the Halloween decoration are so over the top that one of my children started to cry when I told him we were going in to what all my children now refer to as “the scary store.” I had to promise my children we would only go down aisles away from the Halloween section. I’m all for people having fun with decorations and having choice but if you have kids avoid Home Depot for all of August to October. I know my business will boycott HD for all of Sept and Oct. And to the corporate buyers this is very short sighted it takes selling A LOT of decorations to make up the business you lost with me alone much less other families that feel the same.

I was in the store the other day and couldn’t find any employees to help me. Usually there are one or two walking around but on this visit there were none to be found throughout the store

Kayla manager at store 1548, was exceptional, she followed through and gave exceptional customer care and service, I didn't have to go online to complete the order which did not have all the parts, she called another store locally and made my life easier!!

They wasted a day of my work by handovering me a paint which someone forgot to tint. For a day I painted "pure White" instead of "falling snow". They refused to compensate my wasted time laying that they have no gift cards.

The gentleman cutting wire at the wire spools had an attitude, no Tape measure, and moved relatively slow. No sense of urgency when helping. Pretty rude.

Every time I go into this Home Depot, I find that the employees are very helpful in helping me find items in the store that I need, Very friendly and customer service oriented.

Went to buy a water heater. Two associates walked by without asking if I needed help and the cashier did not ask if I need help getting it loaded into my vehicle Good product bad customer service

Self checkout was manned, but was told by employee that it was under staffed and not helpful.

They usually have one self checkout open and one pro checkout line open. If you’re wanting to spend half the day in the Home Depot checkout line and lose work production, this is the place for you! Staff here is always friendly here though. Seems like they just don’t have enough cashier employees.

I asked for help and the associates were not helpful or friendly. The associate I spoke with didn’t even stop walking to address me then gave me misinformation.

I'am happy to shop at your store.

Bought a a/c unit and n flagstaff, az but didn’t quite work out. Returned it here and bought a larger one without any issues. Oh and they took the garbage after Inset it up in my RV since my a/c unit went out.
