Great location with great staff. best depot in the area.

The store everything except a food court. :-)

The main aisles are crowded out w displays. Hard to get around and makes the store look cheap.

Always helpful. The regular employee that have been there can not remember everyone's name but a few Chris, Dennis, Rob, and several others very very helpful.....

Store was dirty with too many isles blocked with equipment. Employees were too busy to help. Employees were concentrating on heading to their change room to even stop to inquire if I needed assistance. Even when I was able to flag down an employee, they did not help whatsoever. Even the check out employee seemed to be bothered when I needed to check out!

Went there to rent a palm sander. In the Rentals area, the computers were down and I could not get any help. I then was forced to buy a palm sander at considerably more cost. I'm a single senior and I live in an apartment. I have intermittent needs for tools and resent having to buy a tool that I'll very likely never use again.

Friendly helpful employees. One major concern is why the employees park in the prime parking spaces, making customer walk the distance.

Don’t place a custom door order at this store.

We have always been very happy with our experience of finding what we need at this store and being helped through the process. We are regulars here and never even consider going elsewhere. We have had a lot of work down on our home and yard- We highly recommend this store!

Store employees were so helpful and so sweet. David the assistant manager is the worst employee I have ever seen in my life. It's shameful how he treats his employees and his customers. My wife and I felt bad for them and couldn't believe how he speaks to them and how much he insists on now doing his job. I will never go to to this Home Depot again.

The store was clean and the people were incredibly nice. I was helped by some of the nicest people I think I’ve ever had ask me if I needed anything ever. They continuously made sure that my experience was efficient and that I was getting everything I needed. The only thing that I would suggest is make sure that you are keeping up with the stock on shelves.

Home Depot usually has what we're looking for and the employees are always available to help!

The store is great, however the delivery service leaves a ton to be desired. Not only did they extend the window of delivery from 10-2 to 10-7, I attempted to tell them that I would be gone after 4, and that they needed to be here prior to that. They told me my only other option was 4 days later. My wife and I cancelled our plans and she made sure that she was home since we had already given away our old fridge in anticipation of a new one being delivered within the next 4.5 hours. When I returned home, I noticed a large scratch down the side of the fridge from the tile counter. I am sure the delivery people knew they did it, but they didn't say anything. Now I have to argue in the morning to try and get everything resolved. If I can update I will...

The staff members are kind, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly.

The cashier named Laurie was the first cashier ever to make me want to fill out a survey. She was very easy going and polite. She also directed me to find an item that I could not locate. She was great!

The employees at this store are at more knowledgable and helpful than any other of the stores this store has more riding carts than any other store and they always work. The employees always go above and beyond to help you and answer questions

This is my local "go to" location for plants and all other types of services. Be it carpet or other floorcoverings, basic hardware, grilling, and gardening... They've got what I want...

The only store I go to for products. Workers are great and know about what and where to find anything. Store is always clean and organized.

Thornton Home Depot - Lots of product, great selection of Traeger grills and supplies! I find I can usually run in and pick up what I'm looking for quickly and check out quickly. Close to home so it's nice to make a quick trip and back!

Every employee seemed to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and where they were located. Ron in the plumbing department stands above the rest. I watched him help two other customers before he could get to me. He always had a smile on his face and he didn't talk down to the customers even when they asked the same question a second time. If I wasn't semi-retired and trying to close down my construction business I would have tried to steal Ron away from your store.

Never can find help. They are always to busy doing ohter things. Good luck findng help in plumbing or in hardware. What happent to walking customer to the item they are looking for. I always get the point, it is over their. Go to Ace.

Go to a different store. Chances are what you came for will be out of stock at this store.

If you are need of assistance and not sure what it’s called or where to find it, come to this store because the staff here knows their stuff! We were looking for a door sweep which, before we came to the Home Depot, we had no clue of its name. The staff right away knew what we were describing and took us right to the section and described the different models for its various uses. Very helpful and all the employees were smiling and nice. It definitely is nice to shop in a store where you feel welcomed instead of a burden. We will be back again to shop this store. Thank you again for looking out for your customers.
