Very well trained team when asked for quotes, delivery options and telephone communication response times. My "home" store and number one stop for construction materials.

I went in to get a paint color-match, and the paint guy, Jerry, knew exactly what to do, and was able to match both the color and finish exactly so I don't have to do a complete repaint. Big relief! Also, there were a lot of employees around, and all were really friendly. I really liked that people brought their dogs into the store with them. It was relaxing and kind of fun being able to pet dogs as I went around the store. That was something I've never seen in a regular store before (other than a PetSmart or Petco). Very cool.

Natalie in the paint department went out of her way to help us. We had a seven year old gallon of dry paint that is no longer sold by Home Depot but she was willing to match it perfectly. She even went the extra mile to cut out part of the side of the can to get a flat section to match with. When we got the paint home it matched perfectly to paint already on the wall. This is the kind of employee that will bring me back to Home Depot!!

Store was adequate to my needs. Associates were curtious and helpful.

Store was neat and clean, ladies at customer service are friendly. There were times that an associate help was needed in a certain areas, just had to track someone down.

I went in needing a lot of different items, from grout, to tiles, to blinds, to doorknobs and a hook. Every Home Depot staff member was nice and knowledgeable. Even on a very busy Labor Day.

I would like to praise one of your employees I think he is some kind of a manager, not sure but his name is Chris ( don't know his last name). He is always very friendly and helpful. So a big kudos to him.

I love this store! When I visit this store the associates are so attentive, they ask if I need assistance on a regular basis. I will keep coming back.

I live less than 2 miles from the other Thornton Home Depot and will drive the extra time to go to this store! It is far cleaner, no parking challenges, the associates are far more friendly and helpful!!

Several store employees were very responsive to my questions as to where items that I wanted were located. They took me to the locations. John was particularly helpful, assisting me with loading bags of rocks on the cart, then onto my truck.

Went into the store to gather up a good chunk of stuff for wiring and lighting my basement. I never know if I'm going to have to go it alone when I go into a home improvement store or if I'll get an employee who wants to help. Enter Elroy, my man in electrical. Not only did he take the time to walk me to each item he knew I'd need, but he explained these items and how to put it all together in the form of real-world experience. Wasn't some sales pitch or training manual. The dude knows his stuff! He was able to tell me and show me exactly what to expect so I wasn't completely lost when I got home. Best customer service I've had from a box store in a very long time. I will absolutely go back, if not just to thank him for making life so so so much easier.

the best place to go for paint. these people are knowledgeable and can work miracles with inaccurate formulas supplied from well-known manufacturers(ralph lauren). they have the knowledge to create the color without the help of a bad formula.

The best quality of Home Depot is the great customer service. Great products and good prices, but the customer service is what makes this store stand out.

These guys and girls are always willing to help; you will get the "may I help you with anything" while browsing. Good luck at Lowes, say a prayer and you may get help and if you do its a 50/50 chance the information is correct.

This Home Depot is a great place to shop as they have everything I need whether it's for a home project or just the basics, cleaning supplies etc...

Well organized with good selection on Tractor Mower Parts. (better than anyone else).

Walked the store for 30 mins, not one associate asked me for help. A few of them seem disgruntled. Can't really say it's just this one HD, get these same issues elsewhere. Least ACE people interact. Does management not take notice on how employees are trained?

Went to replace old Frig, was treated very well by Theresa Urban, in and out with a new frog scheduled. Answered all our questions,

The store is not overrun with dogs like the Boulder store. Nor do the employees beg you to fill out a survey saying how great they are. Parking is available and parking lot traffic is not as dangerous as the Boulder store.
