Everyone is very friendly at this store; Sometimes hard to find help when needed but they are a busy store so make allowance for that; My online purchases have always been smooth with easy pickup; Got the toilet the wife wanted delivered to the store and they help me load it into my truck

I bought this and I'm so glad I did.

Given the low standard of customer service I received on this purchase of a screen door I will debate whether I purchase from Home Depot again. This was an expensive item I ordered, and we were neglected to be told that we needed to purchase the door knobs for it and when calling into the store, we were told that we would have to purchase the door knobs and pay the installer $100 to come back. Eventually, these problems were resolved, but the customer service that we received over the phone from one of the female staffers at Home Depot was not acceptable. Unfortunately, they are not usually like this, and I could only recommend more training for the employees who deal with problems on the telephone .

If you are considering replacing your home windows, don't look anywhere else. Home Depot did an amazing job, from start to finish. We love our picture window :)

I ordered new flooring in October and it was delivered but the installers, after tearing out part of the old flooring, informed me that they couldn’t install what I ordered but recommended another product they could install. We returned the flooring, had a second measure tech visit and ordered the flooring the installers said they could install. When the installers came back out they once again could not install the flooring even though they recommended it because they don’t install plywood underlay greater than 1/4” and mine needs 3/4” and this is after 2 visits from a Home Depot “measure tech”. So now I have sections of my kitchen floor ripped up and no help from Home Depot at all other than offering me a refund.

The employees really know how to make a customer feel valued. They make eye contact and are each so cheerful. It seems they value their jobs and take pride in their store. Home Depot just did a rebuild on our kitchen cabinets. A top notch job!

Finally after three years got the washer dryer combo and I built a cover patio sided the trailer added new windows I’m just overly happy

Went to HD Oro Valley for a few things the other evening. Passed by six employees at the entrance none of which could acknowledge us as we entered... with only two of the six actually helping customers. Searched around a bit for the items we needed, again passing four more employees, none of which asked or offered to help. While trying to check out (there were no cashiers - self check out only) I noticed that all machines said Cards Only. When I asked the two associates that were stacking cash register drawers if there was no self checkout for cash one replied tersely "They're all broken, were you wanting to check out with cash?" As I sat there staring at her unable to understand how the question I asked merited a condescending response, she continued "If you want to check out with cash you will have do it at the Customer Service Counter." I turned to my wife, who replied to me under her breath "You could have just told us that without an attitude", and began checking out using my card. We went on to have more problems with the kiosk as it would not scan an item and the other associate reluctantly came over to assist us. After which time, it would not take the payment or move on to a completion screen, at which point the same reluctant associate came back over after I motioned for help a second time, only to realize that she had not gotten out of the help system and back to the customer side to allow us to complete our transaction. The total time to check out was over five minutes for four items... and associate assistance twice. I would rather have a cashier that knows their job, doesn't give me attitude, and can take card or cash in under two minutes than endure the rude comments and exasperated help and waste of my time. All in all, we were not very pleased with our experience at the Home Depot in Oro Valley. If you are going to employ people who want to get paid but do not want to help the customers that afford you to keep them employed, give them a job in receiving or overnight stocking where they don't have to interact with the customers. Because if I have to search and find things myself, and then checkout myself when all of the self checkouts are "broken", why aren't you paying me to shop at your store? Save yourself some money and hire cashiers that are helpful and efficient rather than bodies that take up space and use up air... you will get a better return on your investment, and we (the customers) will enjoy shopping at your store.

The folks walking around in the garden dept know their stuff. Not the young cashiers!!

Bruce in the Electrical Department is very knowledgeable and helpful. He made made it easy for me to get everything on my list.

Bought the replacement hose and parts yesterday and they worked perfect! Didn't have to replace the existing garden hose reel, saving time and money.

This home depot is great but sometimes is out of what we need

Employees at the front end of the store are too busy socializing to notice a customer is in need of assistance.

While our localHome Depot is not one of their omega stores. It is still well stocked.. It is very conveniently Located for a quick stop to pick up whatever products you’re looking for As well as to order large appliances or Tools.

This stove is perfect for my needs. The sales person was extremely friendly and helpful, and I would purchase from her again.

I have shopped at many Home Depot stores over the years and this one is my hands down favorite because they give consistently outstanding service every time. I often order online and pick up at the store. The folks in the Customer Service Department are very keen to help and always give prompt, friendly, capable service. There is rarely a line, but when there has been a person or two ahead of me, I observe the same friendly service given to them every time. I appreciate the service of the Loaders who help me load my car when needed. Great store, great service.

Wood blinds cut to order, but my measurements were off a bit. Customer service exchanged for new (cut in store), no questions and no hesitation. Great customer service!

Every employee was very helpful and courteous to me and each other offering to help load the pavers on the cart and then into my vehicle.

I bought a new bed in a box and the quality is so poor, it even instructs you not to sit on it in one place to long. How can I send it back

The panel saw in the lumber dept. was broken and there was no indication when it would be repaired. Needless to say I could not purchase any lumber for my project.

My wife and I went in to buy supplies to take care of some surprise mold we found in the house and the lady at the paint section helped us out a lot and was very ey knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to sell us on specific items. She was telling us the truth on how to really attack the problem and guided us directly to everything we needed. They had everything in stock and the whole process was painless from the moment we walked in until we checked out. We’re in there all the time but this time we really needed assistance and got it in a great way. This store is great and it’s employees are awesome

CONSISTENTLY, I marvel at the level of assistance the store staff provide me when I request it. They are really sincere at helping customers, not just a quick, ‘it’s over there’ as they walk past you. The staff at customer service are equally as helpful and if presented with a problem they can’t solve, will seek advice from another associate. Besides that, the store is in excellent condition. Very well maintained. I have been in multiple stores in the different states in which I have lived. While this may be. Smaller store, it is exceptional in every other aspect.

On several occasions I have helped others or been helped by others who are clearly in need of help while HD employees just stand by and watch! I have even been told it’s not their job?

Hang onto your receipts since your pro rewards doesn't show half of the transactions. Scam. They hide behind a 3rd party doing their returns like cowards! They even admit they know the problem but nothing has been done.
