Nice store and very helpful employees! Problem was there was one check out open and 10 People lined up at self check out!!!! Not acceptable!

I live in SaddleBrooke and enjoy working on home projects. I go to Home Depot almost every week. I have purchased many plants and supplies from the Garden Center throughout the years. I have purchased curtains and have had them installed in several rooms - two more rooms to go. Soon! My latest purchase is a renewal window in my kitchen to be completed in the coming months. I am sure that I will continue my visits.

I phoned your store and spoke to "Craig" in plumbing, and he sounded like a guy who likes his job. He was very friendly and helpful in scheduling A/c maint. service from Parker and Sons, and the process was seamless, easy, and totally good in every respect !

I bought two new filters for the water system on my refrigerator at the Home Depot Store in Oro Valley located at 10885 N Oracle Rd. I was greeted by an mployee who gudied and accompanied me to the exact location in the store for the product I was purchasing today. The emp;oyee was friendly and very helpful to me

I really enjoyed buying the items as the items were well organized and easy to find, also the self-checkout features make it easy to store all the receipts.

There seems to be a lot of activity for the customer service returns area. I am always amazed that the line moves very fast. Sometimes a customer with a large number of returns can slow the line a bit. The staff that I have encountered working this area always are pleasant and patient, even when doing multiple things at once!

Your employee with very few exceptions are a definite asset to your store. I have always been impressed by the cashier Lisa.

This Home Depot is hands down the best in town. Not only are the employees always attentive and available, they truly enjoy where they work as demonstrated by the time and attention they give consumers. There is no better place for Halloween decor so come early because it flies off the shelves.

PROS: Local and easy access CONS: not much in-store stock or variety. The garden area is especially limited. Impersonal experience. I will shop else when possible.

I walked into the Home Depot on Oracle in Oro Valley at 9:35am and walked out at 9:55am having finished the purchase of a new refrigerator. Amazing processing, I have not had such great service from a large box store in a long time!

I used to shop at the Home depot in Oneonta, NY no major complaints the store was mostly OK. moved to Oro Valley and ever time I go in the entier staff goes out of their way to help. I have even gotten asked if I need help from the staff when they are off the clock and out of uniform. I dont know what they are doing to creat this culture but it is amazing.

All my visits end with me solving a problem. Thanks!

Employees are always helpful and go above and beyond to help me find what I need, I highly recommend homedepot over any home supply store!

Promised delivery between 6a to 8pm, my delivery was cancelled at 5:30pm because driver got off work. I asked for early the next day since it was loaded on truck already I should be 1st, was told I’d have to wait for 3 days to get my product that was already loaded. Very unprofessional and not accommodating at all.

I needed touch up paint for walls I painted years ago. I knew the color name but could not find a matching color chip in the store. The Home Depot paint guy was able to find and reproduce my paint color in a quart can of paint. So now I get to do my touch up work. Maybe I shouldn’t be so happy about that.

They have very knowledgeable people in their appliance department and made my purchases quick and easy.

RECENTLY AT THE PRO DESK, I RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM TRACY AND RAY WITH AN ISSUE I HAD REGARDING MY TAX EXEMPT STATUS WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE AT THAT STORE... REALLY NICE PEOPLE WITH VERY GOOD ATTITUDE AND VERY HELPFUL!

I started this on May 1 and the completion date is after Thanksgiving! When this project began I was assured that I would have a beautiful completed kitchen for the holidays. Now I have to relocate my entire holiday celebration!

Awful. Let me work backwards, because the last thing they did was the biggest insult... they gave my material away to ANOTHER CUSTOMER! How disrespectful! I had already waited 2 MONTHS without countertops due to incompetence involving their first not NOTICING that a change order wouldn't process and then once I started inquiring what was holding up the job they couldn't get it fixed for over a month! I tried SO HARD to be patient and understanding. I understand mistakes, but giving away my material was not a mistake, it was absolutely the worst customer service on top of awful mistakes and delays. Not little ones either, mistakes like telling me I could install an induction cooktop and then MONTHS LATER during cabinet install I was informed our wiring COULDN'T handle an induction, it would take over $2,000 and who knows how long of a wait to find an electrician, and this was in addition to the 5 months we had already waited! I had to buy a lower quality, unmatching gas cooktop to replace it, because the matching one was months out. Of course, had I known the countertop installation would be MONTHS OUT as well, I would have at least gotten the brand I wanted! Bad communication all around.

This store in particular has the friendliest staff, knowledgeable and willing to help through every step of item selection and purpose, no matter how small the project.

I cannot believe the change at this Home Depot. In the past it was hard to find a "happy" employee who cared to assist you. Yesterday was like a breath of fresh air. Employees were helpful and courteous. I had a change of heart.

We had originally ordered a gas dryer but then realized an electric one would work better. Each time we called, we were cheerfully greeted and every effort was made to satisfy our needs.
