I purchased a Samsung stove a couple of weeks ago with Santana's help (sales person in kitchen dept). I got better pricing from Home Depot compared to the other stores, local and online, including the extended warranty and delivery. Speaking of the delivery, I was kept up to date via text and even got a phone call from the driver when they were 15 minutes away. Everything went accordingly and just had it installed today. I'm a happy customer and will be getting my other home improvement projects from the N. Versailles store.

This woman, who was standing on her feet all day, was so attentive to my purchase that I had to offer this additional review. Not only did she suggest a product more conducive to my needs, she was knowledgeable about the product and directed me to one with better reviews and a few pennies cheaper.

Just my luck! I had a card for a 10% discount, would've been great for the purchase of my water heater, but it had expired! No sooner had I arrived home, when in the mail came a NEW coupon for a 10% discount! Nothing to do with the store or the employees, just thought I'd share!

Was upset bought a frig that said delivery may24th received a email that said delivery on the 29th not The reason I bought that one was because I needed the frig and the sign on frig said delivery on the 24th

Was there Saturday of Mamorial day weekend and only one employee working paint booth but there were 3 employees standing upfront for self serve checkout. This seems like a real waste of man power. Please reassess priorities on employee placement and training.

Stephanie and i think Gary in appliances were so helpful. Took the time to address my concerns and helped picking out all my appliances. I was very impressed.

I love shopping at this store, it’s easy in and out!! Always have plenty of inventory and very organized store. The cashier Shirley always makes my day, she is very friendly and nice to talk too.. Makes me want to come to this Home Depot only. Keep up the great work Guys!!

I am remodeling my kitchen and I went to Home Depot. Santana was excellent. I would recommend her to everyone.

I came in to pick up an internet order, And the lady in customer service was exceptional Her name was Felicia...Very helpful and pleasant.

I’m in this store at least once a day because of my line of work. Everyone there is excellent and knowledgeable. This store has employees that have been working there for years and I think that matters

I always have great help at this store for my paint needs besides the other departments I go to, but this paint department really helps you select and knows what you’re looking for and they’re so friendly and so nice and considerate always making sure you have spouts for your paint cans paint can openers and paint sticks, and they are always adding your things into the computer so that they know your paint color the next time you come in and also suggest different things for painting new items that help you paint certain things that you’re working on and they’re also showing you the new products and advising you on what products to use. Always very, very accommodating and helpful all the people in the store the service desk and all the other departments lighting lawn and garden. I can’t say enough how much I like this store.

Cleta, Angel, Suzanne, Sue and Marsha are personal favorites. They are wonderful and helpful and friendly.

Was searching for something and could not find it. Asked a random employee who was glad to stop what he was doing and answered my question. I then went to the aisle he had sent me to in order to find it - and a few minutes later HE found ME and helped me look for it! Truly SUPERB customer service - Thank you!!!

Ordered a new washer and delivery kept changing as soon as it was the end of the previous time. Then they change it to 5 days later last minute before the last time specified.

I always shop at this location. And anytime I need help it’s easy to get and they know where to find it. My issue is the self checkout, always need help when it comes to that to access my account.

I recently purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot. It was scratched extensively during the delivery process. Thd guys who delivered it expressively said someone would contact me regarding the scratches and would “Take care of it”. It has now been a month and NO ONE from Home Depot has reached out to me. I’m extremely disappointed in the after sales communication from Home Depot.

The NV Home Depot made making changes to a major purchase very easy. The employees are very knowledgeable.

If you have people standing watching people like a Castopo . Then they can run a register. Nick P is about the only person that knows what he’s talking about and he’s a great guy. But the up front people act like it’s a hassle for them to do anything. I have one arm and never have asked if I need help.

John in appliances and Sandee at the customer service checkout were both wonderful! Both very friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be back to this store again.

This store is clean, friendly, and usually keeps up with accurate stocking numbers. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I took away a star because the pro parking is usually overloaded and the checkout experience at the pro end of the store is painfully slow. The clerks are slow and they stop to ask everyone about home depot credit cards, pro numbers, etc. which slows the process even more. It's not unusual to spend 10 to 15 minutes trying to checkout with a cart of lumber.
