Dave in the paint department provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at any Home Depot store. He went above and beyond to help me load my paint and larger outdoor patio heaters onto the cart, wheeled them to the check out and waited for me to pull up so that he could load them into my vehicle for me. His customer support went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!

While on my recent trip one of the employees felt it was her duty to ring my wife and I up at the SELF CHECKOUT. The way she treated us was as if we were going to steal something from hole tuning up our purchase. There were 4 employees standing around doing nothing and we were chosen for assistance. There was an elderly couple 2 registers over that needed assistance and not one employee jumped to help as fast as the lady who cut me off at the entrance of self checkout. I do not appreciate the in wanted service. If the roles were reversed this lady would be calling corporate playing the race card.

Great Products to choose from

would love to see more hanging pots of flowers to choose from. I love the fruit cock tail flowers. There was only yellow hanging flowers. Im wait to see if more color verities come in.

No help. Couldn’t find anything. Shelf’s aren’t stocked. Most products are shipped. Delivery is horrible.

I am an avid handyman for both Home and my church. I am in Home Depot almost every day shopping for products and parts. 90% of the time I am able to find what I want, I even find many things that I don’t want, but they end up in my cart anyway. I like the cleanliness of the store and they’ll helpfulness of the people. Keep up the good work!

I really don't pay attention to food vendors as I am a true celiac, due to potential for cross over contamination exposure I never purchase food from vendors at stores, fairs, etc. Just wanted to let you know it wasn't a vendor issue. Thanks

I have shopped at Home Depot’s for mor then 30 years. My home store is Pontiac, Michigan. Because of may client base I also frequent Ann Arbor, Northville, Plymouth, West Bloomfield, White Lake, Canton and Utica. It is a rare occurrence that I don’t find what need or a satisfactory option. The lighting, store layout and flow of the stores is appealing to me. My only criticism is that I have to go to the opposite end of the store for flatbed or material carts.

The store is well stocked, supported by friendly and helpful employees. Example of good employees - recently I was ready to enter an aisle that was just about to be blocked so a Hi-Lo could retrieve a hot water tank from a high shelf. This clearly is to protect customers and employees. A friendly employee guided me out of the way, with explanations, and helped me find another item in a different aisle. She was there when I returned to the blocked aisle, as she was opening it up again. She guided me to my item of interest.

It is nice to have a Manager (Mark Williams) who has your back when you shop and purchase at his store in Northville Mi.. Shopping experience in Northville Mi makes the difference from Home Depot’s many competitors.

I've been getting materials from this store practically since they've opened. I've never had issues with them messing up an order. If I have questions, someone is always there to answer.

Most of the employees at this store can't be bothered with customers.

Manager on the electrical department very helpful and was called to help in just a few minutes. He was knowledgeable regarding the bulb with pegs and suggested adapter to allow regular bulbs. Apppreciate his expertise and money saved with use of regular bulbs.

I went in thinking I knew what I needed, until I realized I didn’t know enough, Jim helped me make a decision and thoroughly explained everything to me and helped me out from start to finish. What a great man, God Bless you Jim🙏
