When you first opened this store, there was a directory to help people find the items they needed. I was unable to find this type of directory on this visit. Your employees were very kind and helpful and i eventually found what I needed.

Home Depot is very competitive on Major Appliances. If your time is valuable and don't want to waste time, you don't have to fight crowds or search for someone to help. This Home Depot has terrific associates who are very helpful and help purchasing major appliances easy.

Walked n door, employee said hi and how may i help you. Took me even right to what i needed. Plus at checkout every employee very helpful, went above & beyond, smiling, and said have a good day! Best experience ever n a Home Depot! Felt at Home... Home Depot! :-)

Great customer service, they are always ready to help and answer all my questions from paints to garden needs. They go the extra steps to show me rather than point to aisle number!

Would recommend the flooring department to anyone! They are very friendly and knowledgable!

I was asked 3 times in 5 minutes if I needed any help. Then I was offered a fantastic deal on a homedepot credit card which I took advantage of. A great store experience!

Never a hesitation to come to this store! All of the staff are always pleasant and helpful. We have never had any issues purchasing items we need.

Store was clean! Asked about the refrigerator light that burned out and needed a replacement so found a person to point out to the correct aisle and a person was there to help out, etc.

This Home Depot is my "go to" home improvement store. Clean store, friendly employees, quality products at a great price.

We love this Home Depot store! We are in the process of remodeling our home and have placed many specialty orders (new interior and exterior doors, plumbing materials, faucets, drywall, trim, molding, etc.) I think we have been there every week since this process started 7 months ago with replacing our windows and exterior doors. We have always had a great customer service experience; there is always someone with the knowledge needed to help us. We especially appreciate the layout of the store and the amount of material we can find in store. We have placed special orders for home delivery and they have worked out well too.

I had to sort through several 2x4x8 to find good, quality pieces. The others were very warped, cracked and such.

We found everything we needed in a short period of time.

I usually go to smaller hardware stores where I can get more personal help and find things quickly. However, I do sometimes go to the larger superstores like Home Depot and Lowes. What I have found at Lowes, is way too much walking around, before someone approaches me to see if I need any help, and then when I do find someone, they just don't seem to always have the knowledge I am seeking to help me with my needs. Different story at Home Depot. I wasn't inside the store for even a minute when someone that seemed happy to help, asked if he could. From that fellow, to the next and then a supervisor who spent a good deal of time with us, we felt very well taken care of and thought we were in the store for nearly an hour, it did not seem like that, and we left with everything we needed (which was a lot of stuff), and wasted no time wondering around on our own. Great job Home Depot!

THE EMPLOYEES IN THE BUILDING MATERIALS DEPARTMENT PROMPTLY ASSISTED ME WHEN SEEKING OUT BUILDING MATERIALS. THEY FOUND AND LOADED ALLMY MATERIALS ON A CART AND SCHEDULED MY TRANSPORTATION OF MY MATERIALS TO MY HOME. THEY WERE ALL VERY COURTEOUS. MATT, JESSICA AND DOUG ARE A GREAT TEAM!

I was greeted by an associate as soon as I entered the store. I told him what I needed and he knew exactly where it was located. His instructions were clear and easy to follow. I quickly found the item I wanted. While I was in the store at least 2 other associates asked if I needed assistance.

I was very satisfied with the help I received at the store. The guy in plumbing was super friendly and helpful

Deb Brown in the doors department was a great help to us so that we could use a $200 Home Depot gift card that I had received as payment for some work. She made sure we were able to use it and got us through some computer glitches.

Had almost all items i was looking for in stock. I didnt need help from associates with my purchases so i cant comment on their product knowledge. Overall satisfied with my experience.

This is my favorite Home Depot by far in the Omaha metro! This store is always clean! The associates are always friendly and helpful. There is always an associate near by for help and information. Every time I have a large item there is an associate right by my side and ready to either load it themself or get another associate to help them. Last but not least the associates are either knowledgeable or are able to find someone who is.

I am not much of a handy man... but when I needed something for my Patio door ..... and after working with Stan S was in and out of the store and had all the necessary parts to fix my door
