Product is fine, delivery was reckless and busted the tile in my home costing me more then the refrigerator is worth.

I purchased Large sheets of foam insulation which were packaged 6 to a bundle. I had to make two visits to the store to load my pick up truck. With each visit, two employees were helpful and loaded my truck. Thank you for that service!

We live sbout 35 mikes from the Home Drpot in Oak Harbor, WA. Yey, we shop at the Oak Harbor Home Depot at least once a week. We own a 25 year old Island home on a shy 5 acre forested lot. We have a number of both inside and outside projects on which we are working. The Home Depot in Oak Harbor is our "Go to" store for home improvement, DIY, and lawn/garden products. If you live on Whidbey Island, there seldom is a reason to travel to the mainland for home and lawn/garden products. The Oak Harbor usually will have everything that you may need or want. We encourage you to shop at the Oak Harbor Home Depot for all of your home and lawn/garden needs or wsnts!

If you ever need anything garden 🪴I recommend talking to Patrick!! Was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful with all I needed! Had to go back the next day for more things and once again Patrick went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything! Made shopping experience stress free and hassle free!! Will be sending my gardening friends to see him!

I prefer to shop at the Oak Harbor WA store going over the bridge island to island rather than going to the mainland store where it is just too crowded. Great service at Oak harbor!

The old man working this customer service desk/ returns should be fire. Told me no straight up for my request without asking what the issue was. If this is what oak harbor Home Depot is about, I’ll continue ordering from outside the local economy

Upbeat atmosphere with friendly employees who approached me and asked if they could help me find anything. Then in lieu of giving me an aisle number, they walked me to the proper location. Best customer service!!

I shop at the store quite a bit weekend projects honey do list for my wife. I am excited to go to the store every time they’re very knowledgeable Melinda the store manager is absolutely amazing. She knows her job, very professional and eager to help people.

The turnover for associates is so high you cannot depend on anyone really knowing what they’re doing there. Nobody understands inventory. I have found, if I can find someone to help me, to help is frustrating. I’ve been given the wrong parts and paid for things I didn’t need only to have to return them. At least there’s a good return policy.

Staff at the pickup/returns counter was there in abundance. 3 men behind the counter were talking amongst themselves and joking while I stood there to be helped. One of them appeared to be training another employee. None of them addressed me for nearly a minute (isn't long but when you are standing there watching them it is). Finally a woman came from behind and walked in front of all the men and asked if she could help me. Seriously? Seems like this HD has turned into a "good ole boys" club. Certainly not the way it used to be.

During the Black Friday sales, we purchased several items from the Appliance department. Jim was especially helpful to us and insured we received the best possible prices for the sale items we purchased. We have returned to the store several times since that experience and have appreciated the good customer service we have received.

This store is always clean and stocked with everything I need and more. It has all my fencing requirements and wood working supplies. Offers military discount which is always nice. Employees are knowledgeable and professional. Hands down a great store to get all your project needs.

Once upon a time you could go into a HD and expect to find someone to help. Now if I am forced to shop at a HD I have to use the App to find where something should be located.

This store has excellent customer service and is the only Home Depot where I have received helpful support from the employees on the floor. I will probably make the 45 minute drive again in the future so I don't waste my time at other Home Depots.

Home Depot used to be my go-to store for everything I needed to repair, maintain, and remodel my house. No longer! The shelves have less than half the products they once did. Employees who knew how to do things, how products and tools work, and tips and tricks to do things right are gone. Now employees don’t even know where or if something is located, the right tool or product to use, or how best to do something. Yesterday, I bought some wire by the foot. The employee wrote the wrong SKU, so the price was wrong. The cashier didn’t even want to look at the picture I took of the correct SKU/price label. And when I placed an online order that was supposed to be delivered to me the next day, it still hasn’t arrived 3 days later. I suggest you sell your Home Depot stock asap. Home Depot is going to end up like Circuit City did. Sooner than later.

I have had no problems with this store, except for the fact that the Milwaukee brand isn't restocked as often as it should be. This is a pain because it is my favorite brand, and this Home Depot is the only one on Whidbey Island. I love you, Home Depot. Please stock up on the Milwaukee brand.

The customer service has come a long way in respects to aiding their customers over the past 18-months. I'd say that this is vital to serving customers. Too often retailers lack in this department. I believe that this too starts from the top (corporate). If corporate wish to obtain return customers then their customer service, returns, etc. department must extend the olive branch so-to-speak. It builds trust, and reveals commitment to their patrons.

I was offered to apply for a credit card and received 50.00 off my purchase for doing so.

So glad that Home Depot is here on the island. Usually has what we need for Home improvement projects and everyone is so helpful too!

A culture of customer service lives here

The two window installers were extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. They communicated their arrival time and worked hard to finish installing six windows and a slider in my manufactured home. They cleaned all the new windows and vacuumed up after themselves. Alex was especially kind.

The only hardware store I’ll shop at in Oak Harbor. Great customer service and fantastic selection. The kids workshop every month is amazing as well! A+

Home Depot in Oak Harbor has a great staff that is always fast, friendly and efficient.

I had to build a stand for a doll house and not only did I find everything I needed to build it I had a very helpful man Walter cut 10" off for so I could go home and build it right away. Everyone here is helpful which you all know is rare.
