Every time I go to the Okeechobee store, it has everything I’m looking for. Never had to order in from another store.

Tabitha and Marie are always helping me if it wasn’t for them being at the pro desk I wouldn’t be shipping here they always greet me and remind me of my perks and orders !

This was the second or third time at home Depot the checkout I was not able to get into my home Depot account for my veterans discount

My most favorite store in the world where ever it is located. I just love The Home Depot. It is my favorite go to store. If the Home Depot has what I need or want, that is where I purchase it.

Spending thousands of dollars every visit. You grow to expect slow check out. Payroll being a small peace of the pie but a big peace of customer satisfaction more cashiers.

Everyone working in this store that I encountered were completely worthless as far as there job. No knowledge, no experience, no drive, really just get in the way. Pretty sad considering back in the day you could ask them for information...... Nowadays these "woke" folks working in H.D. will steer people in the completely wrong direction as far as help goes.

Mostly pumbing and electrical .

Had a rude worker wait on us at this store. She acted like we was a bother to her day. May god bless her and give her a way in life instead of no way he is the way truth and life she needs jesus

Perfect service from girls at pro desk

At the Okeechobee store, it is almost impossible to find anyone that knows anything. There was a young woman with every piercing imaginable with finger nails so long she could hardly type info into the check out plus she didn't care one bit about helping you.

Ordered a new milwaukee cordless toll and it had to be returned because it didn't work. Refunded and new order placed.

I bought some sod about 10 plugs I had to put sod down so I bought but the quality was poor don’t know if it will grow or not

Always has what I need and very convenient location. Super friendly employees who are more than welcome to help me when I have any questions!

The employees make this store great, specifically in Paint, Hardware, and the front. I am sure the other employees are great too, but the above departments are where I go. My most recent outstanding experience involved the color-mixing wizard in Paint, an exceptional young lady named Demarisse (spelling? I do apologize). She can take a sketchy sample of 14-year-old paint, a color not even carried anymore, and concoct a precise color-matching gallon of paint. I mean, the color is so identical that touchups are 100% seamless. That's sincere intent to help, skill, and ingenuity in action. Thank you, Demarisse, I appreciate you!

Staff was very helpfull

The Okeechobee store is the worst when it come to getting any kind of help. Help with a product or getting help with loading. Not this time or anytime I’ve been to this store

Whenever we check out we always seem to see Terry. She is always smiling & helpful. She has a heart of gold 💛!

I don’t know if we hit it just right, but we’ve been to Home Depot multiple times since arriving in the area and have found helpful associates throughout the store. Uncommon these days, but delightful!

Came into to buy Christmas lights, found what I needed and went to check out but could only find self check out lines open. I had to interrupt a couple of workers who were just standing there and not helping employees to ask them if there was a lane to check out at that I could pay a cashier. I was told no we only do self check out. I informed them I had all one dollar bills and didn't want to have to stand at machine feeding them in one by one. I was offered no solution or direction to someone who would be kind enough to help with the dilemma. So I was forced to use a self check out and individually feed 43 one dollar bills into the machine while the employee went back to her apparently very important conversation with the other employee. It is the busiest time of the year uou should have a regular lane and your self check out lanes available to customers or at least hire staff willing to help customers instead of standing around getting paid for conversations with their friends.

all the lumber i purchased was easy to get good quality product because of being well stocked

I frequently shop at this Home Depot for both work and personal projects. It is not uncommon for me to be in the store more than once on a given day. The staff is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy my visits to this store.

When I visited the store the system was down so I could not make any returns but the staff did a great job at helping me with all other concerns I had and were always verry friendly.

I forgot to mention that I was a veteran and Karla noticed my us army hat and asked if I was a veteran and I said yes so she directed me to the service desk and they gave me 10% off my purchase and she thanked me for my service, great employees all around
