I often shop at the Okeechobee Home Depot because of their professionalism, friendly service, and knowledge of items I need. Staff has always been courteous and helpful.

I was in line to check out behind customer that was TOTALLY UNPREPARED to check out taking up time cashier was VERY COURTEOUS did not huff or roll eyes like I've witnessed in other stores staff takes time with each customer

Worst experience ever for three years running would rather buy used material out of the lake, then deal with this store ever again

I came into this store looking to furnish my new home. I am new to the area and didn’t know where anything was. Assistant Store Manager Robert noticed I was having a hard time trying to locate what I needed, so he asked if I needed any help. I said yes, and Robert directed to the proper bays and have suggestions on the products I was buying! He made me feel as if I was his son!

I have the choice to go to Ft. Myers Home Depot or Wellington area Home Depot but I prefer Okeechobee because of their willingness to help customers!

Home Depot in Okeechoobee does it right, employee’s seem happy with their customers, which tells me they are well treated and trained by their employer’s.

I was after one product and found it almost immediately. Was not exactly sure I had the right one but Susan, the cashier, looked at the one I brought and the one I was going to biuy and assured me it was the right one. Shopped and paid in less than 15 minutes.

I entered this home Depot at approximately 10 minutes until closing. I entered blindfolded not knowing what I was looking for. I approached an employee named Nicole who was very helpful she even walked me over to the location with the SKU number found the product found the price got me in and out of the store and I was only 5 minutes after 10:00. Nicole wasn't outstanding customer service representative she was very pleasing she was all about customer satisfaction and she knew exactly the location I needed to be in and she proceeded to walk with me and find the product for me great job Nicole great job Okeechobee home Depot great job management good clean store.

They always ask if I need help with finding anything and have a great attitude.

I already explain at the store, on the phone with store snd your 1800 #. You figure it out. I just want my monies back and not in 3-5 days now!

Miss Dawn in flooring is awesome! She had great suggestions and also asked if she could assist with anything else. I highly recommend this store for any of your needs.

I’m a browser so I appreciate having a big choice of products to choose from. The staff is so helpful and they’re all over the store. I was surprised when I couldn’t find a sponge mop in the household cleaning dept about a week ago but maybe next time. I’m in heaven when browsing the gardening area. So many things for any yard job and I get my exercise trying to see everything. This week I bought colorful vincas, soil and mulch to replace a small hedge that wasn’t loving the dry hot weather. My shih tzu enjoys the outing and we appreciate the military discount. Definitely my favorite store.

We're total "out of towners", and very new to the Okeechobee area, BUT I just want to go on record, and give "credit due where is due" to the fine folks at this HD store: Gary, in their Doors Department, knows his stuff very well-- he'd helped me, and my Gal reach an informed decision on our wooden doors-- then, there's Dwayne at the Pro Services Checkout, he was very helpful; and, last but not surely least, was their Cashier, Mary; these folks are very passionate about helping people DO GREAT WITH THEIR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!

Always a friendly and clean store. Plenty of products and helpful people.
