Home Depot is a big box store in a small town, a place where you get what you need for your project and run into your neighbors and friends. Should have a coffee shop for visiting between purchases.

The associates are very friendly, All though some could use a little bit more training in some departments if moved around. Other then that it is a great store and so far I've found everything I've needed for the projects I get myself into.

Home depot in okeechobee tried to sell me dirty, broken, rusty vinyl fencing, but I got a refund and ordered from home depot in Ft Pierce,fl. Look at fence before you purchase it.

This store is awesome. I have done this review before, and WON, but I live in a mobile home, so I did NOT win a thing. We have a Metal roof, Stone skirting, on an acre and a half, owned land, stone fireplace in living room. This purchase was for a revival of a trash piece, redone!!! I'd like to send some before and after pics.....

Had to swing by and p/u a few things for the weekend. I went on line first to make sure that they had everything I wanted. That makes it a whole lot easier, when you know they've got what you want. Knew which isle the items were on and how much they were. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The cashier wasn't busy so the wait in line was a non issue. Neat clean store. Plenty of helpful people.

My brother and I were looking for something and having a hard time finding it, which was getting us a little down finally we found it and the cashier was very helpful and kind, leaving both of us with a smile on our face, it turned a bad day into a great experience, I would recommend to all, and well definitely be cumming back thanks t

For homeowner who is not knowledgeable with building trade, very helpful to have available associates who can be consulted. Keep it up, Okeechobee Home Depot!

I always enjoy my shopping experience at the Okeechobee Home Depot store. The employees are very friendly and do their best to be helpful. I have shopped at many of the other Home Depot stores and the Okeechobee Home Depot employees Definitely the BEST!

I know the store very well, and where to find almost everything. I have used the associates a few times, to get advice, and they are always helpful.

Went to pick up dryer my friend had bought. When associate brought out to truck to load apologized for delay but said they are now opening all appliance boxes to check for damage to appliances inside. The dryer that my friend had bought was damaged so they got another dryer (same type as she had bought) and brought out to truck. Like is idea. That way your not getting home and unpacking appliance to find damage and have to re-load in vehicle and take back to store to get undamaged appliance. Good practice

Since I started remodeling my house Everyone at Home Depot has been very helpful .

employee came right up to me and helped me find my spot light. i used the phone app to see if the item was in the place stated and it was.

the store is clean and kept well stocked. it is quite large; but has good lighting and signs. if you have any questions; the associates are very helpful.

The store is always nice & clean alone with all the chooses of items to find, The workers was kind and polite and especially smiling. The storm even had nice music during the time of visit, The worker showed us where the item is and explained about it.

This is truly an example of the home town store. You can walk down the isles and the associates are looking to help you. It give the feeling of a friend wanting to help with your project. If the associate does not know the answer they bend over backwards to find someone who will. I use to live in Dade County Florida and then in Palm Beach County. I visited Home Depots in those place and never experienced a Home Depot as friendly as this one. In fact, one of the ones in Dade County treated me differently because I was female after Hurricane Andrew. The Okeechobee Store should be used as a Model of how to run a store and make your customers feel at home.
