This is truly an example of the home town store. You can walk down the isles and the associates are looking to help you. It give the feeling of a friend wanting to help with your project. If the associate does not know the answer they bend over backwards to find someone who will. I use to live in Dade County Florida and then in Palm Beach County. I visited Home Depots in those place and never experienced a Home Depot as friendly as this one. In fact, one of the ones in Dade County treated me differently because I was female after Hurricane Andrew. The Okeechobee Store should be used as a Model of how to run a store and make your customers feel at home.

Clean not cluttered, associates were friendly greated me on entry and tried to offer assistance

I needed to purchase Pvc pipes and fittings, the salesman asked me if I needed help and I replied yes. He walked me through what fittings to buy, he made suggestions regarding spigots and I was very pleased. I was in and out of the store fast. I didn't remember his name but he was Spanish and a very nice and caring gentleman.

Anytime I need the assistance of a store associate, they are consistently available and helpful. Sometimes even when I do not actively seek the assistance, one or more may pleasantly ask if I am in need as they pass by.

I didn't get the assistance from the associatie that would have made my exsperence more pleasant. I had to get a large bag and put it in my trunk, the bag was heavy.

Needed several items for a home improvement project. I went on line before my visit and obtained the information I needed as to the location of the items in the store and the prices of the items I needed. This made a typical 20 to 30 minute store visit only 15 minutes at the most. I was able to find each item in the exact location stated on the web site and the price was exactly as listed. I love this feature and this store was up to par with each item being just where it should. Check out was fast and uneventful. Plenty of register associates available today.

I love all the practical AND more whimsical products in the store, especially in the lawn and garden department, and the employees are ALWAYS upbeat and cheerful, smiling, and very respectful. The store and its displays are always clean and shining, and inviting. It seems like an indulgence when I go into this Home Depot, I thoroughly enjoy it!

Ok , so I'm a little old lady who has a mission to buy two items at 10 am in the morning. A bag of cement - done - no one to load it for me but a very nice customer - not right but ok. Next you lost totally on a big buck sale. I needed a new water softener. No one to help . To early in the day and the associate who knows about the product was not at work yet. So down the road to a local place. I come to Home depot because you are supposed to have it all and you do, However without the help it means nothing. A smart phone cannot do it all and I don't even have one

I am not a DYI person but if and when I try to do something on my own it is always nice to know that I can come to Home Depot and get the help, supplies and direction that I need to accomplish what I want to do. The store is clean and the personnel is always courteous and professional and ready to help in any way that they can.

The store layout was awesome. I knew exactly where to find what I needed due to aisle classification boards. I plan on shopping here frequently.

I was just looking, and wanting a few things. It was a Sunday afternoon, and I got a bunch of garden stuff that I really did need. I also got a good deal on some tomato plants that were getting overgrown, and would be replaced in the morning. That had me to buy a bit more, but I was happy with my purchases. The girls working the garden center that day were all so helpful and friendly...fun.

Every time I have needed help I have never had to ask before the sales associates ask me if I need help.

I appreciate our Home Depot employees! Mike in the Garden Center goes the extra step to help us and be sure that we leave happy! In all of our visits he is one of the first to welcome and ask if we need help. All of the employees are wonderful but he always goes a step further!!!

Went in to p/u cleaning supplies. They have just about everything you could want in the way of cleaning supplies for your home. Less expensive than the local grocery stores as well.

As explained in survey. I purchased $900.00 worth of building materials. I could not get any help inside the store with the loading and could not get any help outside of the store loading my materials. I had associates walk right by me and never asked if they could help. The cashier asked if I needed help, I told her yes and she tried to call someone, nobody ever came and stated that they must be on break. I also asked to speak to the manager, she called and manager never showed. I will not be using your store in the future, I will take my business elsewhere. The service was unacceptable.

No floor model available, spent 20 minutes looking for product. Finally asked for an assistance.

Visited the lawn and garden shop. They had lots of different plants and flowers to choose from. The cashier who checked me out was very kind and friendly. Overall had a great experience and wouldn't mind coming back in the future. Fast and friendly garden shop staff!

Service with a smile! Visiting at least once a week, and always in a hurry, we have never had a problem getting knowledgeable and helpful assistance always friendly and seem happy that we stopped in. Cashiers always greet us coming in and as we exit. Always an enjoyable experience even if the product we need is on order or not available at Home Depot. Too bad all stores are not as well staffed or helpful.

This is my local store. I go to this store at least twice a month. They have everything that I need in the way of hardware. Since the store opened, I've only been unable to find one item that I needed. I think that's a pretty good average. I will be shopping here again in the future.

Went in to pick up some roofing supplies. Was able to get in get what I needed and get checked out in less than 15 minutes. They had everything that I needed.

Mike Bennett in the garden section was very helpful with my store experience today. He was very knowledgable and kind.
