This is the second time I have gotten excellent advice from the paint department. Zac helped me pick out the perfect color and even helped me find a paint on sale. For paint I will always go to this Home Depot!

I have been building a house, foundation to finish (almost finished) for the last 14 months. The pro rewards program is great and other than the lumber I cut and mill on our 40 acres most of the house has come from HD.

I always enjoy my trips to Home Depot in Omak. The Staff is always friendly and the selection usually meets my needs. I love that Home Depot gives back to the community and that they have the kids workshops. The General Manager, Dan Swory does a great job at keeping our store a friendly and clean shopping experience.

Greg in the door section was very helpful with finding our door and what else needed to be purchased for installation. He helped us find a cost effective solution. Friendly and knowledgeable. Greg is a rockstar!

I bought a set of four Parkwood 14 Lumen Bronze 2-Tone Finish LED Weather Resistant Outdoor Solar Path Lights and one them went bad in short time So bought replacement and I was taken care of and the service desk was very helpful in my exchange.

I have been doing business here for several years. They have always treated me great and usually have everything I need. Eugene in the Pro Desk is awesome to work with.

I bought , $600, a dishwasher that did not arrive for aver 2 MONTHS!!!! Why sell me something that you didn't have locally or within the state!! Were they still mining for the metal to make the washer when I bought it. Buy the item first and then go out and mind the metal and fabricate the machine!! STINKS BIG TIME.

Check out should be closer, to handy cap parking, was told I was to go to check out counter when I was at return location a tall dude was not happy with me wanting to check out at return counter.

Love the fact that it's the only store for 100+ miles from where I live so yeah it's amazing 🤩

Was helped by two store employees, both were polite and very helpful. Really like shopping at Home Depot.

It used to be that you would be greeted with a smile and asked if you needed help … now it seems that you have to try to find someone who will help you…and then they won’t sell you the item that is there right in front of you and make you order a new one and wait for 3-4 weeks before it comes in… if my refrigerator breaks down I need to replace it immediately, not wait until it’s convenient for the store to order a new one in!!!

This is my favorite store in Omak. Clean, welcoming and friendly helpful staff, every visit for over a decade. Don’t change anything.

Living an hour and a half from the nearest Home Depot warrants an all day adventure for us. In need of a riding lawn mower and only one in stock according to the website. we phoned ahead to ensure it was really in stock and the sales associate allowed us to purchase it over the phone to ensure it would be there. Also we had no ramps for our trailer but Home Depot said they could help us with that- another associate provided ramps and pushed it into our trailer. Very grateful for all the help!! Thank you thank you Omak Home Depot, you all are awesome!

Checkout is a frustrating nightmare card readers simply do not work. I think harber freight may be a better way to shop without the check out hassle.

Esmundo C from Roadie Delivery service delivered my Home Depot order to the wrong house. I have a photo of the delivery location, but for the privacy of the unsuspecting home, I will not share it. They got my order and I did not. I then had to spend 2 hours trying to sort out this mess. Omak Home Depot would not answer their phone. I will not recommend this as long as you use Roadie delivery.

Bought garden items and was greeted by friendly cashier in the garden center who made sure I had everything I needed, also greeted by store manager who was helping customers with load outs and making sure the plants were watered.

The employees here knocked it out of the park today. Helped me out with some major shopping!

Whenever I go to Home depot, I know exactly where to go and what I need. Plus someone is always there to help me or my wife. It seems like I said I like everything but it is true.

I love going to this home depot the people are exceptionally helpfull and friendly. They don't always nail it but their attitude and attentiveness makes up for their shortcomings. A little more work is needed in making sure damaged product isn't delivered at home delivery tho.

The store always has what I need or gets it very soon. The clerks have always been eager to help.plesant shopping experience

Don't ever expect Home Depot to train their employees!

we bought quite a few appliances from this store, even though the sales associates were friendly n kind ,i just wish we wouldn't have to wait 3 weeks to get a new stove.

I purchased a kitchen faucet just last week. They had plenty to choose from and complete stock on each one. Purchased a freezer a month ago. Great delivery.

The associates are helpful and welcoming. There was a few complex circumstances with returning a product. The associate were able to fix it. Thanks for helping us. The products available are also excellent.
