We found everything we need to winterize our farm! Associates were friendly and super helpful ... we love our Omak Home Depot!

I have shopped here at the Omak store mostly at the store but I’ve also shopped online and had deliveries come here for pickup. Every time I’m here I am greeted warmly, and have found that there is always someone nearby to help me either find something, show me alternatives to a products, measure and cut wire; etc. always. I’ve never left frustrated ever. Great management team for sure and just great people working there—both young and old alike!

I waited for assistance for 16 minutes in the electrical department. The customer service once you can find someone is typically helpful in my experience. Bob in appliances however is grumpy. I’ve purchased from him a few times and it’s the same each time. No smile, no personality. I ask for someone else to help me in that department now. He’s depressing to deal with

Before covid, the Halloween selection was better. What we did find we grabbed. Very happy with the animatronic scarecrow. Home depot crew are great people

Went to buy and entry door and was assisted by Beth Siemon a Millwork Specialist. I was extremely happy with the search for the door that made us happy and the cost. She took good care of us and her service was greatly appreciated.

I needed some parts for my sprinkler system and the customer service here was incredible.

Plan on doing more shopping and I love my whisky barrel planters.

The online website has a terrible search engine that usually does not give me what I am looking for and adds much that shouldn't have been found. It also seems to insist that Omak is near Southcenter; they are about 250 miles apart. The Store in Omak has a lot of very poor lumber, lacks in plumbing pieces that fit together, and usually has me leaving, only purchasing part of what I came for.

Working with flooring representative Tennille made the whole shopping experience a breeze! My husband and I had such poor experience speaking with reps at other locations we’d nearly given up trying to get flooring from Home Depot. But Tennille restored our confidence by being so knowledgeable and helpful we were able to select flooring for the entire house with her recommendations and she saved us several thousand dollars by getting us special promotions and deducting unnecessary add ins from the 3rd party installer. Highly recommend working with her!

The website tries to force the store for my transaction as Southcenter, which is 250 miles from Omak, south of Seattle. Entering the Omak zip code does not keep from getting Southcenter. The search engine is rarely directing me to what I searched on.

I made a visit to my local store but the item I wanted would have to be ordered from the main store. I place the order, paid for my purchase and the very next day my item was delivered to my home address. Now I call that great service. Thank you so much.

It’s just so nice to have good relationships w the local employees, to be noticed, and seen. We appreciate their prices and their helpfulness to save money.

There are many examples why I always shop Home Depot. Best service and best selection . . . in all departments! Easy, no problem returns. Clean store!

My husband and I were just at the store and we were help right away by Rosalinda and Bob ,they gave us so much information about the washer and knew we couldn't wait a few weeks to get one having such a big family they help us find one in stock , those are the kind of people we need at retail stores ,friendly,helpful,fast ,We appreciate Rosalinda and Bob for this amazing experience!!

I brought my dog with me and he had an accident on the floor. For that I am extremely sorry. The cashier and another employee were very gracious and professional about it. The staff are always friendly and helpful on every visit I have been there.

I was looking for a basic refrigerator, Rosalinda in appliances was so helpful and kind she made the process of getting a new appliance much easier . She knows her stuff. I was also looking at security door knobs when a man named David helped me understand exactly what I needed for my own home.

Michelle at the Contractors Desk is an expert! She is knowledgeable, Friendly, remembers who I am, and always has a Big Smile.

This is a great place. The staff are always amazing at helping us find what we need and save us money in the process. We have gotten carpet replaced by them, a new fridge, a new oven and now a new washing machine. We have always been treated kindly and love doing business here.

I went shopping for flooring at Omak Home Depot this morning, and admit, knowing how the world is going I wasn't going to find good service or the product, but I was very pleased with the welcome I got from many, the great service in the flooring department, then checking out. I came home feeling better about shopping than I have in awhile.

All the personnel at the Omak, Washington store are very helpful and friendly. They all go out of their way to help me find what I need or check to see if in stock else where at the store.

I have been in many HDs and the one thing that they have in common is that the staff were grumpy, rarely new anything about the section they worked in and often spent most of their time avoiding customers at all costs. NOT this store, staff were readily available and eager to help! I was blown away how many times we were asked if there was anything that we needed help with. It reminded me of the days when HD first opened up and they were known for good paying jobs and knowledgeable staff. I pass 4 different hardware stores to go to this HD and I will continue to do so if it retains the level of service that I received today!

I would like to focus on products but its difficult when you are attempting to get information on availability or specific product details and are transferred to different departments and are told "we probably have it" or directed to another product that is inappropriate for the application. There are two requirements for any job. You have to try and you have to care not just show up walk around do the least amount necessary to stay employed and collect a pay check. Why would anyone want to live like this? The world is full of chaos. How about trying to educate your self on your profession and try to help people.
