Very clean, organized, sales persons are helpful and friendly

The Omak store is very clean. The employees, specifically Glenn, is most helpful and knowledgeable about electrical, plumbing, irrigation and farming. He is very patient and gives advice which the DIY homeowner may not have thought of. He is very skilled in what he does.

Most people are very helpful there are a few that probably should rethink their employment. And just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I’m not capable.

Great looking plants & flowers- always a great selection. employees always friendly and ready to help.

All of the employees were quite attentive to my needs and questions. Each department's employee seemed to be well-versed in the department's subject matter and were willing to offer their experiences to illustrate how a product could be best used.

The Omak Home Depot associates go out of their way to be helpful, if you cannot find an item, the associates will try to find it for you and if not at this store, they will help you get it ordered and delivered here. The store is clean, well lite, and easy to take your shopping cart down the aisles without any interference for easy frustration free shopping. This was my first visit and I will be returning to this store again for sure!

HOME DEPOT-OMAK is by far the best HOME DEPOT. THE ASSOCIATES ACTUALLY OFFER TO HELP AND FOLLOW THROUGH BY HELPING. IT'S WHAT KEEPS US COMING BACK. THANK YOU.

Customer service is spot on through each department. I’m remodeling my home and have a need to visit several departments, everyone I’ve talked with is either very knowledgeable or is willing to find the information needed. The store is neat, orderly, and clean. I feel confident in the information I receive from the Home Depot associates.

Wonderful experience at Omak Home Depot. Service was above and beyond. The associate helped me find just what I was looking for and took the time to explain the differences in brands and sizes. Stayed with me as I had other things I was looking for. Purchase and pick up of previous items ordered went fast and cashier was so friendly. Store was easy to shop as it was well organized and end caps drew your attention to the product and gave my wife several new ideas. Associate even helped me load all my cabinets and saw into my truck with out being asked. Would recommend this store to friends and family.

We really like shopping at this Home Depot! It's the best one we've ever found. It's always clean and well-lit plus there is always someone that can help with any question. Excellent cross-training! Everyone is friendly and ready to help before you even ask! We appreciate the Veterans discount too! Great variety of products and good prices. A win-win all the way around!

We built our own house (garage, shop, etc.) and purchased all materials from this Home Depot. The level of assistance we received from staff in all the various department was outstanding. From plumbing to electrical, lighting to kitchen appliances, flooring, tile, gardening irrigation, etc. your experts provided us with the information and products we required. Good idea staffing departments with master tradespeople.

Very helpful ladies took my order one of their names was DANA, We had a great experience. Great Job, you worked as a team!!

Store associates are very knowledgeable and helpful if you need help in finding something. The always ask if you need help and are very friendly. The also greet you making you feel you are welcomed.

Very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable staff. Nice big, clean store with wide isles for larger items. Massive inventory availability. Easy to deal with staff for questions, concerns or returns. Excellent and frequent sales, this is a great store.

On every visit, beginning with the door greeter, moving on to Customer Service and ending with the Check-out, we have received excellent service by the staff at the Omak Home Depot store. We have always found what we are looking for and if not, there has always been someone that will not just point us in a direction, but will take the time to walk us there.

This store is always neat, clean and plenty of help when we need it :)

I am always impressed by how quickly I am greeted and helped at this store. I always look forward to shopping at the Omak HD. As a hobbyist I find everything I need in the store or on-line and use the free shipping and store pick up frequently.

This store is excellent! The employees are very friendly and I always feel welcome when I enter this store. I have never left in a negative attitude unlike what i have experienced with other stores. I hope more people shop here!
