Whenever you're in HARDWARE look for SANDY because she helps you out with a smile and Anthony is an excellent assistant manager and will help you out and listen to you. The store is never out of stock in the best tools and is very clean ANGEL

This is by far thee #1 Home Depot!From when u drive into parking lot it is just so clean no trash everywhere or people hanging out to the inside of store always well stocked up neatly n where need to be.Very well organized. Also thee employees here are very knowledgeable on store product as well as very helpful even the store manager will take the time to help a customer out.(Did i mention how beautiful she is)Also the checkout is super fast n organized as well.Thank u Bobby for the outstanding customer service u provide us with.Believe me brother it does not go unnoticeable.

Best customer service. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Elexia was outstanding. Store was clean, products available and workers would walk you to the product if they had time or told you which aisle to go to.

Im returning to shop at this store just because of SANDY in HARDWARE. She is the best with her professional customer service and helped me with everything without being grouchy like other people that dont like to help. Im gonna buy her a milkshake next time i see her. Im almost blind and SANDY helped me get every item with a smile and hope other associates learn from her and start treating people like customers and not thiefs. Not all bald mexicans are shoplifters and thugs. I happen to be a pimpin baller and im gonna return to this store and leave my fortune because i was happy with SANDY'S service. THANK YOU SANDY! This store is horrible, when you pay cash for water heater and return it they give you store credit, that only 1 person can use with ID, We ordered sod was told would be delivered the next weekend, organized help to lay it, then was told by the supplier would be 3-4 weeks out, wanted to give us store credit again. After much arguing, was able to get a check sent instead of store credit. Previously went to the garden center, the woman back there has the worst customer service ever, when I complained, was told yes, she sometimes gets an attitude. From now on we will be a loyal customer elsewhere, and I think you know where

Employees are VERY helpful! Not only do they guide me to finding what I am looking for, they even suggest alternatives that might better meet my needs. This is my favorite place to shop! The store is clean, well-stocked (more options than I imagined), staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the prices are right.

Ontario Home Depot store is very clean and organized. Their employees are friendly, available, and willing to help. Unlike some large home approvement stores, the parking lot is clean and well maintained.

Staff is much more customer friendly and helpful than the Chino Hills store.

I BELIEVE THIS STORE HAS TRAINING ISSUES ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AND IF IT IS NOT A TRAINING ISSUE, THEN THERE IS A MORE SERIOUS PROBLEM, RACIAL ISSUES. I WAS BEING HELPED BY AN EMPLOYEE OF A DIFFERENT RACE AND WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, HE HELPED TWO PEOPLE (WHICH WERE HIS RACE) WITHOUT UTTERING ANY OTHER WORDS TO ME. WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM IF HE WAS GOING TO FINISH HELPING ME, HE SAID THE WOMEN HAD BEEN WAITING. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I HAD BEEN WAITING AS WELL. AS A MEETER OF FACT, THERE WAS NO ONE WAITING WHEN I ENTERED INTO THE PAINTING CENTER. THEN IN AN CONTEMTABLE TONE ASKED HIS COWORKER TO HELP ME AND CONTINUED TO THAT CUSTOMER. I HOPE THIS IS NOT A COMMON PRACTICE OF THIS STORE. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED IN SUCH MANNER.

I really like shopping at this particular Home depot located at 2980 S Euclid in Ontario, the employees are very helpful and courteous, Shelfs are always well stocked and always find what I need, besides the store being very clean. I never have to look for help they are always there for me, very knowable and giving you advice, with a very positive attitude, hope all the home depots were the same.

The associates are friendly and helpful. I have lots of questions, and I always get them answered here. If I can't find what I need, the associates have gone online with me to search for it online and help with special ordering. All the departments are clean and attractive, but my favorite department is the garden section. Sometimes I just go there to walk around and enjoy the beauty!

I have to say if it wasn't for Justin in the paint department, I would not shop at this store again. Also Natalie the mgr in the paint, did help us deal with the person in plumbing that took over 1.5 hours to help us get a vanity off the top shelf, he was rude, and said we were lying, I have 4 employees who can verify how long we waited to get help. This employee in plumbing makes me if I go to get plumbing equipment, I will go to another store. Thank goodness for Justin!!
